Superb authentic Ayurvedic centre. - Overall an amazing experience. As a first timer to Ayurvedic treatments, I found the three day treatment package comprehensive, rejuvenating and well worth the value. Over the three days I met daily with the highly qualified doctor and was also paired with the same therapist which enabled understanding of my wellness needs. I saw tremendous results with improved sleep and circulation. The staff also surprised me in the last day with a birthday cake. As I stayed elsewhere, the owner Mr Lakmal, arranged daily transfers to and from my hotel. Highly recommend this place for an authentic experience.

Lakmal - a professional with golden hands 🙏 - I had an exceptionally good experience at the Bentota Ayurveda Center. The massages are at the highest level and the care is excellent all around. Especially with Lakmal you feel 100% very comfortable and in good hands. Each of his massage movements is performed extremely precisely and with great mindfulness, he goes pleasantly deep into the muscles and has impressive expertise. You immediately feel his experience and know-how. He responds to physical complaints and specifically addresses these areas of the body. It was not without reason that he was awarded a world title for this. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and you can completely switch off. I found the fan very pleasant over the massage loungers and the relaxed music in the background. I can heartily recommend the center and especially Lakmal! I am happy to be here ..

Excellent expérience - I had such a beautiful experience at Bentota Ayurveda Center with Lakmal last year. I stayed there for a 21-day Ayurvedic treatment, and it was truly excellent. Lakmal’s massages are simply incredible — on another level. There is something very special about his energy and his technique. Beyond his professionalism, he is an incredibly kind, caring, and attentive person. He truly listens, supports, and accompanies you throughout the entire process. I felt genuinely cared for every single day. I also want to mention his lovely family, who made me feel very welcome and at home. Lakmal helped us organize a tour around Sri Lanka, and it was absolutely beautiful. We felt completely safe and well taken care of with, Ushanka, who guided us. That made the whole experience even more special and memorable. I would return with my eyes closed and I highly, highly recommend Bentota Ayurveda Center. I truly can’t wait to go back.

Far more than expected! Life changing! - My first contact with ayurveda in real. Our host recommended Bentota ayurveda center and he couldn't do better! First appointment starts with doctor's diagnostic. She asked about current problems and about what you have been through in the past. After collecting all information she will set up procedures perfectly fit for each person. This center works with customer trust and therefore you get one therpist for your package, 1-3-5-7days or longer. They have got different techniques but still with the same base. They also ask if you want to get soft-medium-strong type of pressure during massage. All staff is really carying, whatever you need,they do their best to get it for you. You get a tea and water during the treatment and after you can spend some time to relax in their garden. The owner,Lakmal, is very well experienced with many certificates from different types of treatments,and also attendant of massage world championship, so keep the request of him treating you as the last one as a bonus!!! Once you experience this place, you will want to return! Thank you, Bentota ayurveda center! You completely changed my life within few days! ♥️

Very good relaxing for my soul 👍 - I come from Switzerland and regularly get massages there, and I can only compliment this massage center! They use a wonderful herbal oil, and the hot compresses are simply wonderful for body and mind! Thank you for the great service; I'll be back in November. Very good experience! - I went for a consultation with the ayurvedic doctor and treatments. It was a very good experience, especially the Shirodhara! I will definitely go there for some more treatments and already recommended it to some friends and family members as well.

Excellent treatments, highly recommended - Shoulder pain permanently fixed ! I can only write enthusiastically about this center. A 7-day treatment with wonderful and effective different treatments. Individually selected treatments accompanied daily by the doctor have produced a very good spa success. Years of discomfort in the shoulder and neck area have disappeared. The therapist Udita has perfectly implemented the doctor's instructions. This was my 4th. Ayurveda treatment in different places and this one was the best so far !
