Very Good Tour - We enjoyed this tour. Sharon was a very good guide, she was knowledgeable and shared large period photos which helped us visualize the area from WWII to current. We had plenty of free time at the Eagle's Nest and Sharon made to herself available to help change bus departure times as needed. After returning to the parking area, the included self-guided tour of the Dokumentation Center and bunker experience were very impactful. Definitely recommend.

Check the weather before going - Enjoyable, but our time at the Eagles Nest was marred by a whiteout due to heavy cloud cover. Our tour guide was wonderful and provided a lot of information. The Golden Elevator is large and moved fast. I suggest eating in the dining room cafe. Food is good and the room is historic. There is a limited amount of things to see inside the Eagles Nest. Only three areas and this does not include the outside. Would I pay to see the Eagles Nest again? Yes, but only on a clear sunny day. Check the weather report.
