Wonderful Experience - An absolute must experience in Bergamo. I enjoyed every minute. Chiara is professional, easy going and has a beautiful positive energy! We walked, explored and ate our way through the alleys of Bergamo and I can't wait to do it again! Grazie Mille Chiara!

Delightful, warm and knowledgeable — That’s Chiara - On my first full day in Italy I had the pleasure of having Chiara as my Italian teacher and tour guide in Bergamo. She geared her language teaching to my beginner level with much encouragement and patience. Plus Chiara used relevant associations to help me remember new vocabulary. She also selected the locations we visited per my interests. She shared interesting tidbits as we strolled along a country roads and stopped along the way. And unbeknownst to me Chiara took photos of me as we went from place to place (very kind since I am a solo traveler). With her help I was able to order lunch in Italian, make a purchase and more. Through her established relationships with the locals, I saw places I would not have seen if in a group tour. Chiara is professional, kind, and playful so I learned about Bergamo, Italy and Italian life and more Italian language while having a wonderful time. Thank you, Chiara, time with you was the best!

Best travel experience ever—thanks to Chiara - Have gone on many, many tours, NONE even begin to compare. My tour guide/teacher Chiara provided an immersive Italian lesson while taking me to some spots one would never experience alone or in a group tour. Prior to our scheduled tour time, Chiara contacted me to set up a pre-tour plan to meet my objectives. My knowledge of Italian sits in the very beginner level. Even so, Chiara expanded my vocabulary as we walked through the beautiful countryside stopping at various interesting places in line with my expressed requests. Chiara, a delightful and playful woman, shared interesting stories as we made our way from Città Bassa to Città Alta and even higher up to an outdoor terrace for a delicious lunch. Unbeknownst to me she snapped away on her phone taking lots of photos of me (a solo traveler). She brought me to the home of a gentleman who was happy to have us tour his multi-level residence which had been owned by many, many generations of his nobel ancestors. The home held centuries of history with furnishings in place from the various periods, all in exceptional condition, and his knowledge only enhanced the experience. And of course Chiara knew where to go for the best gelato. Being with Chiara was such a treat, she immediately put me at ease with my minimal Italian prompting me to engage with waiters, store staff and more. Chiara made this experience one I will always treasure.

A Special Day in Italy with Chiara - Beyond special - nothing in Italy can or will top the time I spent with Chiara. The lesson was organic and the tour was tailored - we did multiple check-ins to plan and when the day arrived it was so much fun - along the way I learned about Bergamo, we shared about our lives, we had adventures and new experiences together and when we sat down to have an aperitivo I was no longer with my guide and teacher but rather a new friend. Chiara is a special person and if you ever have the chance to meet her you should say yes!!! Grazie Chiara per tutti!!

So you really learn Italian - The experience was in September 2023 but the site does not let you do a review for that year. I was the first student of this adventure and I can recommend it from the heart. Chiara was very prepared and makes you speak naturally. He has an excellent method and explains things in a simple and memorable way. I had a fun day and time flew by. I felt almost Italian for a day. In my opinion, if someone is data subject to learning or deepening Italian with joy, almost without realizing it - Chiara is the right choice! And for this reason I will do it again this year. I can't wait.

The best experience I could have hired - Time flies. A unique, wonderful experience!! Chiara is a very nice girl and makes you feel good, we started talking as if we had known each other all our lives. I have learned a lot and it has given me a lot of confidence to dare to speak in Italian.

An unforgettable birthday with Chiara! - For me God has always been the hand that points the way to the people I have to meet. This year it showed me Chiara – a joyful Italian lady who has the ability to make the Italian language a wonderful adventure. I had a second lesson with her on my birthday and once again it was much more than what I expected. Like always, she created an intensive yet entertaining schedule according to my interests including an exhibition of Picasso paintings, a lunch at a rooftop restaurant with a magnificent view of Duomo di Milano, strolling in Brera and Navigli and, of course, lots of laugh. And much more – every single word in Italian she taught me is now a memory. Now when I think of the word "teschio" (skull) my imagination draws an abstract painting of Picasso. And when I hear of "calice" (a wine glass) I reminisce of the moments of pleasure I spent with Chiara during our lunch garnished with a pinch of her laughter. The whole experience can't be put into words: it's the whole beauty of the Italian life presented in a more than 6 hours lesson on-the-go. It's worth it! Ne vale la pena, like Chiara would say!

Great Experience exploring Bergamo and Italian Language - We had a great time with Chiara. She loves Bergamo and you can feel this love during the whole experience. She knows the city really well and shows it is hidden places with an open heart and smoothly combine this tour with learning Italian. After the walk you have new words you can use to express yourself, but even greater — you find out that learning Italian can be fun and can be done on-the-go. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting Bergamo or even living here. You will for sure find new places during the walk you missed multiple times just passing by.
