Pick up at 315AM and gave us tour as we drove to airport. Large very clean vehicle polity professional knowledgeable driver.

Clean, comfortable car and kind, safe, punctual driver! - I booked this transfer service because I had an early flight out of BGO at 6:00AM and was concerned about how I could leave the city for the airport at 3:45AM since public transit is offline at that time. After booking, I immediately reached out to the operator regarding the early pickup time and they were very quick to respond. My driver was kind, a safe driver, and prompt (even a few minutes early), the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I am grateful for making these arrangements ahead of time as it really help ease any anxiety about making my flight. Thank you!

A good choice - We were not sure things would all work out with a 3:30 AM pick up time, but it all went well in the middle of a bout 800 cruise ship passengers boarding buses at the same time. Perfect on time pick up with a nice driver and vehicle - everything as promised and better

Excellent Experience - Great experience - the only thing is that the ticket does not say the pick up time - and I had to reach out to the operator to find out. They responded right away. Our driver was waiting for us at 3:30am and we beat the crowd to the airport. She was friendly and answered all our questions about Bergen along the way.

Connecting Flight Issues - I would recommend against booking this transfer if you need to make a connecting flight to Bergen. Even if you update the company on a missed connection you will not be picked up and you will be charged unless 24 hours notice is given. The company does appear to be following the cancellation policy. I was naive in thinking they would respond to connection delays. This company may be good for all other transportation so I am only recommending against them in the specific case of connecting flights. I chalked this up to a lesson learned until I saw the company's factually incorrect response to my review. They claimed "if You had informed us already when You knew Your flight from the US was delayed, it would have given us time to help You out, and we would of course have done so even if it was shorter than time than the standard cancellation policy." They were informed and did nothing. I sent 2 messages from New York at least 8 hours prior to pickup about our flight delay. The second said that unless our connecting flight was also very late we were going to miss our connection. I said that I would contact them when we arrived in Amsterdam when we knew our new flight information. Upon arriving in Amsterdam I saw they had not responded to my messages. I then messaged them with our new flight info. I was concerned that I was messaging the correct place until they responded promptly to my updated flight message by saying the were charging us per their cancellation policy. They also quickly responded when I questioned their decision. I understand they have to have advance notice of a flight delay and reluctantly accepted their decision on the cancellation policy. What I can't accept is their claim that if they are informed of a flight delay they will help you out. They completely ignored advance notice and did nothing to help. I would now hesitate to recommend this company for any purpose.
