Please note that the funicular is not included in the tour! It would add an extra hour and 150 NOK to the trip. It’s recommended to visit at your leisure, perhaps for a sunset or a hike.

Following this insightful introduction to Norwegian history, the tour proceeds to Bryggen, Bergen’s UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, participants will discover 1,000 years of trade history and the reasons behind Bergen’s establishment and development.
The second part of the tour focuses on contemporary life in Bergen. Leaving the more ‘touristy’ areas, the group will venture into the neighborhood surrounding Bryggen. As participants uncover Bergen’s best-kept secrets, they will gain insights into everyday life. The tour concludes with a visit to our recommended restaurants.
