Tolle Show. You have to have participated. - If you are in Berlin and like such things it is a must go there. We liked it great and can recommend it without restriction. Great staff/actors and great show.

Holidays - We were there for the first time and were a bit scared before, because we didn't know what was coming. It started out harmless and then got nice and creepy, the about 70 minutes show is worth their money. Just so great, nothing for the faint of heart.

Berlin Dungeon ü Madame Tussauds - Worth a visit! - This ticket combo is highly recommended. We first went to the Berlin Dungeon. It was scary, but acceptable. The actors and staff did a great job. We were well entertained for about an hour. The highlight is the actors' involvement with the visitors. The historical background is far in the background. So you can't expect a museum. Then we went to Madame Tussauds. The very beautiful wax figures are fantastic to look at and take photos of. You should experience both at least once. But it is not necessary to do it more often.

Good leisure fun - Berlin Dungeon: Despite premium admission we had to wait a relatively long time. This briefly depressed the mood at the beginning. But by the funny sayings of the receiver, the mood was immediately lifted again. The tour was entertaining and the actors were great. High praise! Big drawback: on the flyer and posters were advertised with a raft ride and freefall tower. But this was only partially true. It was creepy, funny and also interesting, some stops unfortunately a bit short. The props and Mood were impressive. You don't get scared in the corridor but it all happened in the rooms. I found this very good. Also the regulation that you can't touch the actors, because they also don't touch you was good. Conclusion: A must with little shortcomings! Madame Tussaude: classic good. Comparable to London only without taxi ride and without 4D cinema.

Good visit. Same as other cities. - I've been to 4 Dungeon venues and they are all pretty much copy and paste. The actors do a good job but if you've seen it in one city then you will know the general story. The tour really needs an outro, a short bit from a cast member, instead of or part of the obligatory trip through the gift shop.

Under these conditions NOT pretty and wasting money - Since I have been to the Berlin Dungeon before in 2015 and it was great, I wanted to go again. Unfortunately, this time I and my fellow travellers were badly disappointed. We paid the full price and did not even get half the service (full 35min from entering to leaving the building). Everything seemed very disorganized and chaotic, the employees in the entrance area were annoyed and moaned at the waiting customers. When it finally started, I hoped for some improvement, but the Schow also seemed very loveless and the actors unmotivated and quickly sent you to the next room, as if they were happy to have done their job. At the entrance we found a sign that "today" Exitus is unfortunately cancelled. We really understand the current situation and the limited possibilities. But if it goes that way, it's just UNFAIR to the paying customers and it should stay closed, because it's wasted money under these circumstances.

A SCAM - Do not book the combination tickets through Viator because the Berlin Dungeon only offers English tours at 12:30, 2:30, and 4:30 p.m. and those are not offered as timeslots for the combination tours. This also applies to the combination ticket for Berlin Dungeon, SEAlife Berlin, and Madame Tussauds. Viator will also not give you a refund for the fact that their trip listing does not offer these timeslots nor the information that there are only three times that english led experiences are offered by Berlin Dungeons.

Very big disappointment! - Unlike the dungeons in England, it's boring. Partially bored staff and also scammed by € 25,-. There are many interesting things to do in Berlin!
