Our jetty is on the Spree riverbank between the Marshal Bridge and the Crown Prince Bridge, directly next to the Paul-Löbe-Haus (German Parliament building). From the
Reichstag : walk down to the river and turn left — after 150m, look for our yellow FLAGSHIP.BERLIN flag.

What a lovely way to... - What a lovely way to spend an evening in Berlin! The captain and entire staff were lovely. The cruise was just what we needed to relax and see the sights.

Chilled, relaxing and a great way to see Berlin from the river. - What a fabulous evening on the river, it was really special gliding down the river on the Fitzgerald sipping our cremant and seeing the amazing museums and points of interest from the comfort of a padded seat scattered with cushions. There is no commentary, just the quiet murmur of conversation and chilled background music.
The staff were all friendly and wore smart uniforms adding to the ambiance of the trip.
We would recommend this as a great way to chill after a day sightseeing.

Very nice experience - On August 6th, I had the chance to enjoy an unforgettable experience with Flagship.Berlin as part of my company’s Sommer Feiern. The plan included a 4-hour cruise along the river, passing by Berlin’s most iconic landmarks, with an open bar and a delicious cheese catering.
Our hosts, Mary Lucía and Moritz, were professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome throughout the trip.
Watching the sunset from the boat, with a glass of wine and tasty cheese, was simply magical.
This is not only a great way to see the city from a different perspective, but also a perfect idea for corporate events, birthday celebrations, or renting it with a big group of friends. Highly recommended!

A lovely way to see the riverside sights of Berlin - I enjoyed my trip on the Fitzgerald very much. It was a great way to see the sights of Berlin in a very comfortable way. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the crew especially as I was the only person who’d booked for my trip and they went ahead with it.

Short, fine boat tour - The boat is very nice. The drinks are not quite cheap. Nevertheless, it was a nice tour. I would recommend them to others.

Romantic yacht ride - Beautiful yacht with limited seats which creates a very pleasant intimate environment. We spent more than an hour relaxing with a background music.
Too bad they don't even serve a potato chip with a glass of sparkling wine and that at the end of the tour no greetings and thanks. Despite everything we recommend, it was a nice experience

Horrible experience, they left early. Would not refund. - My friend and I booked a 6:00 pm tour. We arrived exactly at 6:00, only to find that the boat had already left. At 6:03, I took a photo showing the boat already away from the dock and turned around in the canal. When we explained to the staff member that we had a 6:00 pm reservation and were on time, she simply said, “I’m sorry, the boat is already leaving and I can’t bring it back.”
She acknowledged the mistake and offered us dinner instead, but when we asked for a refund, she refused—saying we should have arrived 20–30 minutes early. Nowhere in the booking details or agreement was this requirement mentioned. Despite pointing this out, she repeatedly told us, “I’m sorry, no refunds.”
This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of clear communication, accountability, and customer service makes me understand why there are so few reviews. Unfortunately, it feels like they prioritize keeping your money over delivering the experience you actually paid for.
