Family outing - Nice experience for the family. There is something for everyone in many different rooms. The highlight for the children was the ball pool.

Its ok but…. - I’m n youtube it looks like a big and fun place, but in real life its quite small! You can take cool photos and videos but Ive seen better places than that! The big guy at the entrance was also not the friendliest!

Overpriced & down. - Unfortunately not worth the money. 💶👎 We invested a whopping 100 euros for our family of 5 in the ticket. The experience is some more, usually less imaginatively furnished rooms. Absolutely nothing special. In part, the decor looks like it was bought together listlessly on classified ads. But the thick end is that the store is not maintained. There are facilities in every room broken and blocked off. Some impact protection cushions are torn off wall corners and lie on the floor, while in the case of raging children safety-relevant defects. Ripped cables are exposed. ❌ You can draw photos in a room and have them sent to you by email. The email didn't arrive. When leaving the location, the following statement is sent to the IKONO staff upon request: “Sorry, that usually doesn’t work. We can’t change either.” The staff seems resigned. You try, but the framework conditions just don't give much away. That's our impression. Conclusion: Don't touch it. The IKONO is not worth the money. Sorry, IKONO. That's a 6️⃣!
