My tour LA - The tour was fabulous from the beginning to the end. The weather was nice and that made the trip more enjoyable. I only wish we could have gotten a little closer to the Hollywood sign, so I could have taken a picture. I highly recommend this tour if you are coming for a visit.

It was very informative.... - It was very informative. Took45 min drive to Santa Monica and too foggy to see the ocean. Not BigBus fault. It was worthyhe things we saw and didn't have to fight the traffic.

Rodney shines in the Celebrity Homes Tour - Incredible day, Rodney was a champion. We were enthralled with stories on our celebrity homes tour and the best views. On a rainy day the tour was still a standout.

Amazing way to see LA - Excellent way to see many sights & information about highlights. If you end up on last bus, be warned, it can be a long journey back woth traffic & all. Be prepared for that!

What a waste of time and money - get an Uber! - We paid $167 for three of us for this tour that we’d expected to use all day to see some highlights. As soon as we’d bought our tickets at Hollywood Blvd, we found out we’d just missed a bus and would have to wait 45 mins for the next one. So we walked a couple stops and still had to wait half an hour for another bus. We got to Beverley Hills with about an hour to spend there before the next bus. We then went to Santa Monica Pier (which took forever) and only had about 40 mins to look around before the last bus of the day (3.45pm!) to take us back to The Grove. All in all it was a complete waste of money, we could have done Ubers to each of the places for a lot less. The commentary was inane and boring and often mentioned places after you’d passed them by. Would not recommend!

AVOID not enough buses if you hop off you won't get back on! - If I could give it no stars I would, made the mistake of getting off at the first stop we were interested in, got to the bus stop in time for the next bus & it drove past us & beeped! Then sat on the curb for just over an hour waiting for the next bus. We then wanted to go to Santa Monica pier so didn't dare hop off at any other stops, we waited at Beverley park for 45 minutes for the beach loop to be told it was the last loop bus & we wouldn't be able to get off unless we made our own way back, it was only 3.15pm. My advice is don't bother, I bought 5 adult tickets & started at 10am when the buses started running, you definitely can't hop off or you won't get back on, totally misleading & the most expensive bus ride I've ever taken! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Only 2 buses running each on loop all day which is shockingly poor considering it cost me 200 dollars.

Rudest bus driver EVER - There is nothing to tell you what stop you are coming up on. E we got up to exit the bus and the bus driver took off and when we got down the stairs she said “you didn’t get up in time I have already serviced the stop” She is the rudest person in customer service I have ever met.

Unclear directions and confusion - We never got on the bus. We were at Crypto Area listed as a stop. No one there knew anything about it. No signs. Tried to call company, wrong number listed. Two different companies advertised Hop on Hop Off tours.Took Ubers to sites instead which was great. Wasted $$$ on the tour.
