Packed in like sardines for 5 hours, would not do this again. - This sounded amazing but did not live up to the hype and cost way more than it was worth. We were traveling as a family so I chose a dinner cruise rather than a party boat. We were crammed into our seats at a table, so tight we could barely move. The dinner was not good…dry chicken and potatoes. My “vegetarian” meal was just rice and potatoes and two grape leaves, clearly an afterthought. And we had to stay on the boat until 2 am. The best parts were #1 the traditional dancers, though we could only watch them on the TV because we were so jammed in. And #2 watching fireworks and ringing in the New Year from the top deck of the boat.

Very average - We were picked up with a bus 50 minutes late waiting outside .. then we had to walk 500 m because the bus parked on another street (not really convenient with heels and' evening wear ) the food was not very good (the worst we ate in Istanbul...) a bad dj who put techno when the track was full ... in short for more than 600€ for 3 pn would have largely found a better New Year’s Eve party ...

Absolutely to avoid - This New Year's Eve dinner is exactly the same that they sell for 38 euros during the year. Dinner is the one that an average Italian would prepare at home on Wednesday evening, an appetizer that you will find already discovered on the table who knows when it is in defiance of hygiene rules and a second course of meat or fish. We had a bream for one and it was also dry and almost cold. Finally a dessert that in our case was a baklava and another similar piece. The wine was of very modest quality not to mention the midnight sparkling wine they call champagne. If you want to spend an unforgettable New Year this is not the right choice, if you were to do it will still be unforgettable but like the scam of the year. The various agencies that advertise this mockery do not differ from each other and both the dinner and the show is a bit standardized among them all. The worst are the barges like Lufer where the show is minimized and entrusted to amateur guys while the big yakhts like megaLufer have a slightly more professional show but still worth 40 euros and not 300 euros.
