Perfect intro to the cuisine of Istanbul - My tour with Hüseyin was fantastic even in the rain! He was so generous with his time and knowledge about this city that he very clearly loves. I was only here for a short time but I learned so much from Hüseyin. This tour was a great quick dive into some delicious food and the history of the area and the city at large. I would recommend this tour and look forward to coming back and doing another tour with Hüseyin.

The venues we visited were authentic, and the flavors were unique and unforgettable. The atmosphere throughout the tour was fantastic, and the evening walking tour was especially enjoyable thanks to the beautiful weather. Everything about the experience was excellent, and we sincerely thank everyone involved. This time I traveled alone, but next time I will definitely return with my family and join this tour again. We tried the most delicious dishes: dürüm, tantuni, mussels, kokoreç, baklava... everything was superb! But what really made the evening special was our guide - he was very attentive and caring.
