- Bourton-on-the-Water - Next, we visit Bourton-on-the-Water, affectionately known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ due to its charming stone bridges spanning the River Windrush. Guests can wander through boutique shops along the picturesque streets on both sides of the river and savor a delicious lunch at a historic Cotswold inn.
