Excellent Experience! - Excellent experience from start to finish. Our tour guides were patient, professional, informative and fun. Beautiful scenery and doesn’t come across as commercialized. Worth the time and money!

Great, dusty ride experience!! - Wear a bandana around your face & do not wear white clothing! Chloe and Alicia were amazing tour guides were fantastic guides both on the tour and at the falls.

Worth your money and time - Our tour guides during the ATV rides were super knowledgeable about the land and we’re really patient with getting everybody to learn how to ride an ATV

Great Experience! - The location is beautiful. You have a lot of options of activities to include sightseeing. We enjoyed the ATV ride and the waterfall was stunning and relaxing. The facilities for restroom, shower and/or changing are clean. The views are phenomenal!

Great time - The guides were fun and helpful. We had a great time and even mustered up the courage to jump off the cliff to the water (ok not a cliff but it felt high when we were standing up there;) Awesome views on trails! We took my 78 year old dad along with our kids and their significant others that were 19-24 and all had a great time.

An amazing day - We booked two adventures with Umauma Experience to fill our day. We drove from Kona and spent the morning going through 9 zip lines, took a break, then had lunch and relaxed in the park. They have a cafe if you do not want to pack food you can purchase in their cafe. Then we had our second adventure which my family rated the best! We drove ATVs to their waterfall and swam. We ended our day with their pineapple vanilla swirl ice cream. The staff were super nice and very helpful! We look forward for another booking with this tour.

Fun on ATV's and waterfall! - Great experience! The single person ATV's were harder to drive then we expected but still fun. The waterfall was stunning. Staff was helpful, friendly, kind and easy to work with. Beautiful way to spend my son's 23rd birthday!

Fabulous guides - My nephew and I got lucky, we were the only ones on the tour; the amazing guides (Chloe, Amanda, Saire) individualized the trip to us since they had the leeway, which made for an amazing experience we won’t forget! The stop at the waterfall with paddle boards was serene with just the two of us. Chloe also found a ripe guava for us to try! The crew was fabulous, I can’t speak their praises enough!

Not worth it! - The staff except for 1 girl was very nice and very helpful! She got mad at a little boy because he kept jumping off where he wasn’t supposed to and took her anger out on us! There were only 7 lines as 2 were having maintenance but I was refunded 30%! The water at the waterfall had tons of algae in it and very rocky which made it treacherous! My grandkids didn’t mind but the adults did! They didn’t have enough water boards so had to share and some people wouldn’t share! They fixed us turkey sandwiches but the drinks and water was hot! Worth nowhere close to what I paid for it! Will definitely not go back!
