As the sun began its descent over the horizon, painting the sky with hues of orange and pink, I found myself aboard the Maheli-Heli, a sleek and comfortable vessel operated by Manta Adventures Inc. The anticipation of the evening’s adventure was palpable among the small group of fellow snorkelers.
