Great way to see the park - Great way to see the park. Bikes were in good condition and staff was very pleasant. Bikes were easy to ride and we enjoyed our time on them.

Fantastic - We booked a rental instead of the tour, by accident, but we were very happy that we did. The staff were super helpful and pointed us in the right direction. We toured at our own leisure and had plenty of time to make it all the way around the park and back in 3 hours. Book at least a full day in advance. We booked the night before and I guess usually waivers are sent via email. We had to fill out on mobile phone before the rental. We booked through Viator and not directly with the company. Also, the company site/email confirmation has pictures of the meeting spot but not Viator. We first went to the right place, wasn’t sure, went to the lodge next door, and back to the first spot.

Really good fun - Amazing experience and really good fun! You need to be able to ride a bike because these e-bikes take some skill! Hosts were good. A map is needed to make the most of your time which is not provided.

Great company to rent from. Fun ride thru the park! - This was easy to book, got all the details via text, explaining exactly where to meet them, and received good instruction from the employee. These are just plain fun to ride! Can zip along up to 20+ miles an hour, and hardly have to peddle. We all want one now! The bikes were in good shape, good charge, comfortable to ride, and never had a problem with them. My mistake - but thought we would get to ride trails and the roads in the park, but, this is really just for the roads. Not allowed on the hiking trails. Biggest benefit of the bikes, besides the fun, is the small parking lots that fill up. Never had to wait for a car to leave, just park the bike, view what you want, take off again. Never felt unsafe riding on the roads with the cars. Just always be aware of them. Kudos to the company - we booked for 6 people, but only 4 could ride. Grandma is only 5' tall, and just couldn't handle the size and weight of the bike. Grandpa chose to stay with her, and drive thru the park while the other 4 rode. Even though it was our fault, I requested a refund for the 2 unused bikes, and they granted it, and we very much appreciate it. So, just beware if you're short, these may not work for you. Otherwise, it made a day of sightseeing that much more fun! Another warning - be careful not to accidentally hit the accelerator toggle switch on the handle bar, when you are stationary - the bike will surge forward. My fault, but I did end up with some minor bruises. Could have been worse, but now it's a funny story to tell. Also, they offered to send a guide with us, for extra $. We were a family of four, and chose to tackle it on our own. But we all studied the map of the park, and the list of things to see, before we went in, so, we had an idea of what all we wanted to see. Also, we were more flexible for where we wanted to go, and were able to meet the grandparents at each site, since they were driving. Worked for us. If you don't want to have to worry about the maps, then the guide going with you might be easier for you. They will make sure you see everything.

Great way to see the Volcano - It was a great experience. I am sure the tour would have been great as well but we only did bikes. My two teenage boys had a blast.

When we booked our E-bike... - When we booked our E-bike tour we were under the impression that we would have a tour guide for the volcano and we in fact did not. This was our first time ever being at the volcano and we were not familiar with any of it. The company did provide us with a map of the park. It took us about 45 minutes to finally find the place we were supposed to get our park passes which cut into our time. One of the E-bikes kept shutting off randomly as we were riding. Overall it was a good experience.
