Great experience - Captain Ron and Cameron were a great team. They were nice, personable, and seemed knowledgeable. We caught an 80lb Blue Marlin. They gave us as much as we wanted of the fish. Catching fish isn’t guaranteed but they try their best to make sure it happens. We had a great experience.

Best Deckhand Ever! - It was a great time learning from the deckhand and setting expectations for the trip. Lucky enough the captain was able to put us on a Marlin and one of our guys landed it after a scare it shook by the boat. ~200lb marlin was one of the coolest fish I've seen brought in and deckhand made it a great trip

4-hour Shared Charter on the Bite Me 3 - They call it fishing, not catching, but I caught my first blue marlin on this trip! Thank you, Capt Andy and Brooke for your professionalism and guidance as I fought my fish for 25 min. One of my sons unfortunately got seasick and Brooke took the time to give him a cold towel, which helped. Thank you, Brooke, for your kindness. Also, if you have never been on a fishing boat, these hard-working individuals make their living from tips. Don’t be cheap and bring cash!

Fishing Charter - The Bite Me fishing Charter was fun. We had a great time didn't catch anything but it was still beautiful. Apparently there were fishing tournaments going on that week so we didn't get a bite but it's called fishing not catching! The boat was great and the other couple was very nice as well. The crew were fine and loosened up when we got out to open sea. I would recommend this again.

Caught a tuna! - Small group experience allows all to participate. Guides were great! Not a lot of outdoor seating in the boat.

Beautiful boat ride - It is sport-fishing and we did catch a fish in 6 hours, had enough for 2 meals. We were very excited about this preplanned part of trip, having done many ocean trips previously, mainly in Florida. When we called to book I did inquire what we should expect and was told “everything is in season, expect a lot”. We understand fishing and some days are better than others, the boat captain seemed like a good guy, the first mate enjoyed showing us videos of fish others were catching. For 3 of us it was an ocean boat ride, for one a great catch. The crew does keep half the catch and there is a frequent push to tip, more than other fishing trips I have been on.

BEWARE!! - Captain Ron was extremely rude, demeaning and insulting toward his customers, to include three teen boys. I arrived 5 minutes before check in (06:30) because the map provided in the email directs you to the opposite side of the harbor. He called me with insults, not help. Once he stopped with the insults and blaming me for his whole day to be fkd and asked where I was, I was 50 feet from his boat. We left on-time before the 6:30 departrure. This was embarrassing and made the rest of the passenger’s feel awkward the whole trip. He hid in his nest up top never engaging or speaking with any passenger’s the whole time, only to ask for a tip for his first mate (who was great). In short, this Captain Ron should NOT be in the customer service business as it hurts all who support his business including his first mate. Aside of this complaint, No bites & No fish were caught. They advise you when you board that 80% of fish you may catch is Marlin and leave no hope of anything else. The advertisement is false. Message to parents looking to book this experience with their children, Stay clear! The three teens on board were bored out of there minds. Two of them slept, and the other was frustrated because of no action. Again, the captain could of engaged as these are your future customers. The company was adamant about tipping ahead of time. Now, the reason is clear.

Not worth the money - Unfortunately this adventure was a fail. We had hoped to be out on the water fishing, instead we were ‘trolling’ meaning we sit on the boat and wait for a fish to bite one of the poles they have out. You are assigned a number, and have to hope and pray your number gets called IF you get a bite to be able to reel in a fish. Very misleading. And on top of that, the captains assistant gave us a 20-25 minute speech and instructions, then was gone and we were just left to sit and wait.. definitely not worth it. (Also learned from others on the island after that it’s a bad time for fishing this time of year)
