Fantastic tour well worth going - First Impressions count ! We were greeted in a professional manner and taken to a very new and comfortable mini bus . Our tour guide driver Lori was very knowledgeable she gave great insughts into the hustory of the island and of the 5 fingers of the volcanoe fissures. A comprehensive tour of the lava caves and waterfalls. The afternoon is spent exploring the vast lava flows and the world's newest beach! Lori enhanced the experience by telling us local stories or legends She even gave us some insight into the Hawaiin language This tour is absolutely worth doing packing a lot into the day ..and ensuring your timely return to the cruise ship

Hila Excursion - We ended up going to Hawaii Volcanos National Park. It was so interesting to see the crater and all of the steam coming out of it. All of the lava fields, lava caves and waterfalls were gorgeous. Ellen was an excellent tour guide providing us with a lot of information. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Interesting your - Fab experience with Ellen who showed us so many interesting sights on this huge volcanic island. Rainbow falls, black sand beach, walking through a lava tube and visiting volcanic park to see steam rising from the ground. All so fascinating. Easy to walk to not strenuous at all and enjoyed our picnic overlooking the sea from the volcanic picnic area.

Volcanos and More - Enjoyed Lori the tour guide and driver, she told us lots of stories about the history of Hawaii and the volcanos. The stops were all great and the lunch stop at the market was excellent! Lots of choices for lunch.

Be aware, the exploration... - Be aware, the exploration of the lava caves is on your own. Tour guide does not lead it (they should though). The entrance to the cave is through a very very steep set of stairs. Then you will walk over very uneven surfaces to make it to the lava tube (we did not go gown that risky slope). If you are not physically able to do a moderate to extrenuous level, this is not for you. Feedback: the A/C was not on as strong as it should’ve been in the mid portion of the van. Your guide should lead the lava cave/tube portion of the tour. Maybe have done local music in between talks in the van.

Skip it - You wont go to the volcanos. This is a sightseeing tour. Driver was constantly talking telling us stories of how she met her husband etc. she also wanted to stop at a candy store at the end of the trip that wasn’t part of the itinerary. She continually drove full speed over speed bumps which was hard for those of us at the back of the bus. The 6 of us back there all agreed the tour was a waste of time and money.

Bad customer service - The tour itself was excellent our guide the best very informative and helpful. Sadly 2 of my traveling friends had to cancel last minute because of health reasons and you will not refund their money. I see you have a no refund policy BUT there are circumstances that should be considered. Customer service will not even listen. I believe your Customer service needs to be worked on.

Bad customer service after payment and tour - Bad Customer Service- I want to share that Ellen was fabulous tour guide but when 2 of our friends could not go due to medical reasons we heard that Oleathia in customer service at this company wouldn't even discuss it with our travel agent. I won't travel again with a company that offers no customer service after the tour. You would hope for better service as this is their profession. It concerns me to how many others may have experienced this.
