Great food, great vibe and very authentic entertainment - This is a picture perfect luau. I live on the Big Island and I can attest to the authenticity of the experience. And it was just plain fun. Most lusus bring out the fire immediately—meaning instead of featuring hula —the actual dance of Hawaii—they bring out torch dancers. Here there was a wonderful dancer with a torch toward the end but they put it in the context of the Polynesian journey from Tahiti and the Marquesas. But the emphasis was on local dance, music and huka all in a gloriously beautiful lawn setting. We were blessed with a full moon. The music was of the highest caliber. Tight harmonies and beautiful voices. Beautiful girls and handsome guys as well of course. The food got rave reviews from my crankiest and most picky visitor. Unlimited buffet with something very everyone. And somehow they injected the proceedings with genuine aloha. I came away with new friends. An absolutely enchanting evening very much worth the cost of admission. They even give you valet parking.

What a fun night! - What a fun night! The service and the show were both incredible! The food was just OK, but the beautiful location and spectacular show more than made up for that. The performers were delightful and the fire dancer was beyond amazing! We sat with a young couple with small children and they were totally engrossed. Great slow for all ages.

Best Luau in Hawaii with outstanding performances and exceptional feast! - Overall outstanding in all respects. One of the best luau my wife and I attended over our 35 years of traveling to the Hawaiian Islands. The food was exceptional in taste and variety. The show was particularly unique in its story-telling with outstanding chants, dancers, and accompaniment. Our sincere Mahalo to all involved.

Disappointed. No O'hana/Aloha - This luau lacked the feeling of O'Hana and Aloha. We were greeted by kind people but the atmosphere quickly turned into a snobfest feel. The hostess was well spoken but it felt like a ripoff of the PCC Ha! Show and luau. This was not a luau made for family, it was a luau made for rich people and those who like to spend lots of money. We are told we would have a family style set up by our waiter but nothing came to the table. There was another family of 3 set at our very large table and then no one else came. It was a large table and we felt segregated for the rest of the dinner. All the tables that were set directly in front received some type of dish and didn't get eaten very much. It was very clear the people in the front spent more money than anyone else. But we were all still treated to the same buffet. The fish was dry, the chicken was dry. The kalbi style ribs was more prime rib without the kalbi flavor. The only thing that felt like a luau dish was the kalua pork, taro roll and supposedly there was poi somewhere but I never saw it. The non alcoholic POG was watered down significantly.
We were not impressed for as much money as we spent. I wish I would have researched more and found a different luau. If you're looking for more family and love feel, this is not it.
