You need to check this box! - Everything was professionally executed and from the food, to the endless delicious drinks, the hospitality was superb. The staff were amazing. The entertainment was first class with a marvelous host.

Spectacular Dinner and Show - This was a wonderful experience. Greeted will shell leis and taken to great seats. Food was great and beautiful presented . Free drinks, roasted pig, Music and entertainment behind, during dinner was great and the show was spectacular. Everyone one i the family enjoyed it.

Was a lot of food and... - Was a lot of food and good drinks, definitely the cliche luau you’d expect, but was still high on our Hawaii bucket list and was a fun time.

Traditional Luau - The food was delicious, the dancers were very professional, the view was just beautiful. Just be there a bit earlier than expected time because the line to go in gets pretty long.

$200 to looks at backs of heads - This is the second time we have had an experience through Viator where we did not get what we paid for. The luau was moved inside and our assigned table was at the far back in a room that slipped down from the stage so you could only see back of heads. We were finally allowed to go to the buffet an hour and 45 minutes after we arrived. The one positive was that the food was good. Our “server” was totally MIA and only cleared the plates. The sound system was poor so you couldn’t hear the narration.

Great show if you like to spend $200 to see backs of heads - Our luau was moved inside due to predicted rain. Instead of tables that are elevated like a theater so all tables can see, the indoor venue has tables that slope down so all you see is backs of heads - we could not see at all. It listed as general seating but our seats through Viator were at the very back, even though we arrived early. It was an hour and 45 minutes after we were seated before our table was allowed to go to the buffet. The food was actually good but there was NO service. When the MC said to be sure to leave good tips our table just laughed because we only saw a person who eventually took our dinner plates. The sound system was terrible so we couldn’t understand any of the narration about the show we couldn’t see.

Do not agree to change of venue to inside if it rains - The event was moved inside due to rain . I wish that we had not agreed to the change and taken a refund. We were packed in like a cattle car. We were herded outside for the oven demonstration which was difficult to see. The microphone inside failed and the feedback triggered a migraine so we had to leave. There was no one to ask for a refund.
