As you enter Honokohau Harbor, continue straight, do not turn right. Continue straight to the end of the road and on the right you will see a gravel lot to park and our sign at Outer Basin Slip #39, vessel "Honi Olani".

Caring and professional - The captain and the crew are very friendly and professional. I got a bit seasick and they took very good care of me. The water was clear and we got to see a lot of sea creatures.

Great fun. - Great boat, great tour guides, great weather and overall great fun. The guides were professional and knowledgeable. They provided outstanding service and made sure you were safe. During snorkeling the guide pointed out interesting sights including a turtle having its shell cleaned by fish feasting off the shell barnacles .

They went out of their... - They went out of their way to be helpful. The captain and boat ride were excellent. The guide was an experienced swimmer and guide. She pointed out the local sea life. Thanks!

Wonderful snorkel adventure! - Absolutely wonderful. The entire crew was gracious and very helpful. The snorkeling was exceptional. We would definitely go again next time we visit the big island. Thanks so much for a great experience. But "you're missing the boat" by not selling the crew t-shirts".

Sailing/Snorkeling Experience you need to try - We got really lucky on this tour as we were the only crew onboard! We got to see whales, dolphins and a variety of fish. Snacks, Food and drinks were included! Michael and Ryoko are well experienced and did an amazing job! We appreciate them! This was our first time snorkeling. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Excellent Snorkel Trip - Highly recommend - Fantastic Catamaran snorkel experience. Careful, considerate crew. Lovely, shiny large boat. Nice drinks, nice snacks. Good time. Nice equipment. Not crowded. Nice shuttle from the Hilton Waikaloa so that your transportation is provided. great experience.

Sail in a small group on a very nice catamaran - we took the luxury catamaran sail and snorkel. The catamaran was the NO WIKI. It has 4 staterooms each with its own private head. The tour is just wit 6 passengers allowing for a more private sail. The Captain was Zander. He is very knowledgeable about the ocean and he handled the boat very well. The first mate was Nicole. She made sure we were all comfortable and we had any refreshment we wanted. She did this while attending to the sailing duties. Both Zander and Nicole made sure we enjoyed the sail and were a big factor in the rating. I would go with them on another sail. The sail included a light breakfast ( fresh fruit and a pastry). Later a lunch or a side salad and a turkey club was offered. The sail was from the Harbor to downtown Kona and then to a bay where the snorkel occurred for about an hour. I chose not to snorkel. The sail continued for about another hour and we returned to the Harbor. Both Zander and Nicole made sure any request was promptly served and I appreciated then sharing their insights. The tour is worth the price.

Trip was cancelled last minute for no reason. Unprofessional customer service. DO NOT BOOK!!! - If I could give this experience a zero, I would. Me and my boyfriend planned this excursion for our anniversary. We scheduled everything in advance and had a tight schedule! To my dismay, I received a call less than 12 hours before our boat was supposed to depart to let us know that because nobody else booked for our time that they would have to cancel as they did not meet their minimum number of passengers. This was nowhere on the posting. When I asked if we could receive a discount for a rescheduled boat day (which would mess up our entire schedule but we heard good reviews) I was met with a SCOWL and a "um, no.. no discount?" and a laugh. Their whole operation and customer service sucks. They are completely unprofessional. Never booking with them again, and you shouldn't either.

Very bad experience with family. - We had a very bad experience, with staff and guide. We hardly had any time to snorkel because they have provided the gear so late, we had 8 year and 4 year, they have charged full price for 4 year and didn't help or assist enough to enjoy the trip. As we we were vegetarians, the lunch was a salad , with just lettuce in it. the over all experience was very poor. I would not recommend for families.
