Guests should follow Bishop Road uphill and follow the orange signs until they reach the Heavenly Hawaiian driveway. Continue up the paved drive and park in the guest parking area. Your tour will begin at the check-in desk under the pavilion were are staff will walk you around to your tour guide.

Great Tour by Ben - Ben did an excellent tour. He explained in great detail their processes for growing and harvesting their famous coffee beans. He also answered many questions in a friendly and entertaining way.

Wonderful experience for coffee lovers and non-coffee lovers too - This was my husband's idea. I like coffee but I'm not a huge drinker of it. I went along not really expecting to enjoy it. I was wrong - it was amazing. The farm is beautiful and our guide made sure that we not only learned a lot, but that we enjoyed learning. We were shown the whole process from planting to harvesting and got to enjoy tasting the product. He was so knowledgeable and you could tell he loved his job. A great way to spend a couple of hours. Great value for money too!

Awesome place to visit in Kona Hawaii. - It was a 15 minute Uber drive from the port to the Heavenly Hawaiian coffee farm. We were greater by 2 employees who checked us in and then lead to the waiting area which had spectacular views of the farm and ocean. Cool trade winds and umbrella tables were awesome, as was the unlimited samples of 4 varieties of their coffee's. Our guide was Ben who did an awesome job leading our group around the farm and clearly explaining everything about growing coffee from A to Z. You could tell he really loved what he was doing. The tour was 1 hour and it was great. It was so great there we stayed about 1 1/2 hours there after the tour. Everyone was helpful and kind. Definitely going back on my next trip to Kona.

Fabulous tour! - Our guide Tyler was so knowledgeable about coffee farming from planting to roasting. Coffee samples were delicious! The setting is beautiful and every employee was so nice. Don't miss this experience!

Amazing experience! - Amazing views, incredible staff, and unlimited coffee samples! The coffee was absolutely mind blowing. Alex was our guide and she was fantastic at sharing her knowledge. Definitely recommend this tour.

Must do! - We are absolutely wonderful time and our guide was Higgs. He knew so much and we have so many questions. Our group was really fun. The coffee was all fantastic, you definitely won’t be disappointed. So much to know and so cool!

Kona coffee tour - We really enjoyed it, but our tickets said the tour started at 3:30 PM and it actually started at 3 o'clock so we missed some of the beginning. The staff said they changed the tour two weeks ago, but we were not notified. It was a neat experience in spite of that but disappointed that we unknowingly were late.
