My favorite experience in Kona - By far my favorite experience here in Kona. I live here an will be booking a third time. Monet and Brenden make an excellent team. We were able to see so many variety of dolphins as well as Melon-headed whales and Sperm whales. I can't wait to take my sister out again when she comes to visit in March. The photos and video that Monet captured are magical and the drone footage from Branden is just as spectacular. There is no doubt that they love what they do and take pride in showing others the magic of the Hawaiian waters and wildlife. I can't say enough great things about this tour, highly recommend!

Ocean Trifecta - Wow! That was a phenomenal morning on the ocean we will never forget. Snorkeling with dolphins, whales and sharks all in one morning... Is surreal. Monet was a superb guide in and out of the water. We couldn't have asked for more!

An Ocean Adventure We’ll Never Forget - We had such an amazing experience with the crew in the Night Manta Ray Snorkel, we decided to book the we decided we would book for the Offshore Ocean Safari for the following morning. Just as the night before, the harbor was easy to navigate and we were on the water pretty quickly. Monet and Brenden gave their safety briefing and shared some information about the wildlife we might see. If we thought the manta tour was great, this tour BLEW OUR MINDS and exceeded our expectations. After only a short ride, we were already in the water swimming with dozens of grey reef sharks. They were so fun to hang out with and the crew did a great job of making sure we were safe through the whole experience. After snapping some photos with them (Monet’s photo package is a MUST), we moved on to our second spot. On the way, we spotted and picked up some trash floating in the ocean—this is an eco tour after all. All of a sudden, Brenden points out some pilot whales. WHALES??! Not a minute later, Oceanic White Tip sharks showed up on the other side of the boat. We didn’t know which direction to look!! Monet gave another safety briefing and some education about the sharks before we got in the water and these things were unbelievable. So beautiful but a little shy. We are so glad we got to see them. When we got back on the boat, Brenden took us to a spot where we could enjoy the Pilot Whales as they passed by. We kept our distance and were careful not to disturb them as the group of whales calmly swam right past us. The Oceanic White Tips even paid us another visit. Before we headed back to the harbor, we were able to stop by and see the Mantas again. They are so different in the day time and I’m glad we got to see them in both tours. We cannot recommend Ocean Eco Tours enough. They are professional, responsible, knowledgeable, and so kind. We were sure to leave a nice tip as well, as you will never have a crew like this anywhere else. Thank you Monet and Brenden!!

Great crew! - Amazing experience! We were fortunate enough to swim twice with some pilot whales. So beautiful and the boat ride was so nice ❤️

A must do! - We had an amazing time with Monet and Brenden! We did both the safari and night manta rays diving on the same days and they were incredible experiences. Monet and Brenden know what they do and take care of you. We were able to swim with a big pod of dolphins who played with the boat as well as a ray manta during the day. We were also able to swim with several manta rays at night and this is such a special experience to see them so close! We really appreciated the videos they sent us. They also gave us recommandations of things to do and it. It is a small company and you should definitely check them out :)

Ocean Safari - Amazing experience! Monet was so kind and extremely knowledge about marine life. Brendan and Monet found us some sharks & whales to swim with while keeping us safe! Would highly recommend!

Water safari worth the trip!!! - Great day on the water. We came to Hawaii on a cruise ship. We arrived at 0700 and weren’t sure if we would make it on time. We were in the first group and arrived just in time. We're glad we made it. The couple running the tour are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They told us it was a safari, and they were correct. We started out looking in deeper water for the larger game. We found them! We were able to get in the water with a group of Pilot Whales. AMAZING! Then we headed to another area to swim with some younger sharks. Our last stop was another area to see if we could find Manta Rays. We found three of them. Another amazing experience! Again, what a fun day. They even included a few underwater photos for us. I would highly recommend this tour…

Swimming Beside Pilot Whales – The Highlight of Our Kona Trip! - Brenden and Monet were the best crew we met during our week in Kona! We found this tour on TripAdvisor and booked it for our last day. After seeing the night manta rays and snorkeling at Captain Cook Bay earlier in the week, we wanted to venture offshore to look for bigger wildlife. At first, we weren’t sure if we would be able to get into the water, but we did—and it was incredible! The crew provided fins and snorkeling gear, and Monet even led us to swim right alongside a group of pilot whales. It was our first time seeing whales so close, a truly unforgettable experience. We saw manta rays again! Monet also captured photos and videos for us for free. This 4-hour trip ended up being the highlight of our entire vacation. Highly recommend this tour and amazing crew!
