- 31-313 Old Mamalahoa Hwy - Guests will arrive at our location and check in at the Visitor Center. A staff member will then gather the group for a brief orientation. Afterward, the staff member will lead the tour a short distance to the gear-up area. Here, the tour will meet their guide, receive a brief safety orientation, gear up, and board the vans. Our drivers will transport the guests to the top of our property, where a final safety briefing will be given before starting the 4-Line guided course. The last line concludes at the Visitor Center where the guests initially checked in. This tour typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on group size and weather conditions.

Great Fun - Excellent experience. Felt safe and cared about. Beautiful scenery. The dome whip at the end was good too! Would definitely recommend this zipline experience

Zipping for the first time! - It was a first for both of us and we absolutely want to do it again. The guides were fun and experienced and ready to help in any way needed!

Zip line fun time - This company is awesome! We had a person with physical disability and they were great to work with to make this an experience to remember. The facility is fun with so many activities, viewing areas before you start, and food if wanted. We only did the 4 lines but great fun going over two long valleys and waterfall views. I recommend this activity (do the 9 if no issues with folks you are with).

Great experience/place to visit - Amazing zip line experience! This was my
First zip lining experience and I feel it is great for beginners ! They offered nine courses - the tallest being 145 feet - and the longest being half a mile so not too crazy - you go over beautiful water falls, rivers and trees (most of it is down the mountain across grassy fields)
The workers and guides were amazing and efficient. They prioritized our safety and made sure to be fun and entertaining!

Fun for young kids and gorgeous scenery - It was a smooth and wonderful experience. I wish we got there earlier to enjoy the garden and grounds. Unfortunately the 9 line zip was not available that day and we were disappointed that the 4 line zip only lasted 30 min when it was supposed to be 1 hour. Maybe it worked in our favor for the end of the day with a 6 year old and grandparent in preparation for a long drive home. This zip was great for young kids! The zip was not super fast. They do all the work with stopping the zip at the end. It was totally safe. My daughter was not heavy enough and got stuck a couple times but she didn’t mind hanging out and enjoying the view. She even tried hanging upside down They quickly helped bring her to the end of the line and she was fine. The place was so clean and well organized. Food and drinks on site is nice.

Repeat customers - We loved this so much 5 years ago, we had to come back and do it again! Avery, Mai Tai, Makai and Cloe were the best. Seriously , this is one of the most fun things to do in Hawaii.

awesome experience beautiful scenery - this was a great zip line the views and area is absolutely beautiful the lunch we got was great the falls were pretty … the area is worth a visit but beware if you don’t have a car uber will not come get you even with the help of the gift shop giving us names of drivers we were cutting it close to get a driver to come get us and take us back to cruise port … so plan ahead and find someone to come back for you … uber cancelled over and over no one wanted to come the 30 minutes drive from hilo to get us
