Seeking a thrilling backcountry adventure with stunning vistas? Join us for an e-bike journey on the Old Coast Road Tour! Revel in breathtaking ocean panoramas and the magical redwood forest as you traverse Big Sur on the historic pioneer wagon road.

Originally a path for horses and wagons, this route has transformed into a rugged 4x4 dirt road stretching 10 miles through the hills and valleys of northern Big Sur. The ride takes you through a 7,100-acre ranch that has been home to cattle since 1834. Depending on the time of year, you might encounter cows on the road!

The hills are challenging, so prepare to test your balance. Our robust Pedego eBikes make the steep climbs more manageable. However, riders weighing over 180 lbs should be ready to pedal during uphill sections. Expect some lengthy descents on loose dirt (or mud during winter).
