Visitors arriving at Kelowna International Airport (YLW) will be greeted at the Arrivals gate. The private shuttle driver will be holding a Sagebrush sign for easy identification.

Guests departing from a hotel or other vacation property will be picked up 15 minutes before departure.

On the way to Big White, travelers have the opportunity to shop for groceries or liquor. We offer flexibility regarding shopping locations and time.

Upon arrival at Big White Resort, guests will be taken directly to their accommodations or to Central Reservations to collect their access code.
