• Bodegas Ysios - The next destination is Ysios Winery, one of the world’s most striking architectural landmarks. Calatrava — celebrated for his sculptural, light-filled creations worldwide — envisioned Ysios as a “temple to wine,” merging engineering precision with elegant, wave-like forms.

Here, guests will savor a tasting of 2 to 3 wines while admiring the winery both inside and out. The exterior plays with rhythm, curves, and changing light, while the interior provides a serene, linear space designed to highlight the winemaking process and the ageing rooms.
