• Playa de Laga - Pickup is in Bilbao, and we will make our way to the least known area of the Basque coastline. We will then stop at the trailhead for a 1.5-hour hike to the top of a massive rock face with views of the mountains, beach, and Atlantic Ocean. Please wear comfortable shoes and loose or athletic clothing.
• Elantxobe - Quaint Coastal Village:

After our hike, we will stop at one of our favorite coastal villages, Elantxobe, for a stroll around town. This centuries-old fishing village only has 300 inhabitants and was built into the side of a steep hill facing the Bay of Biscay.

• Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve - Light Lunch at Laida Beach:

Following our stop at Elantxobe, we will make the short drive to the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve for a light pintxo lunch at Laida Beach. This area is a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered to be one of the most naturally beautiful places in the entire Basque Country. A light lunch of pintxos, wine, water, or beer is included at a great little bar overlooking the estuary.
