Join our Basque culinary workshop to learn the art of making authentic pintxos and tapas from the Basque region. Guided by a local Basque cook, you’ll delve into the region’s unique ingredients and flavors, their origins, and the local custom of savoring these tasty treats.

Start off with an introduction from your guide and chef for the day, who will acquaint you with the ingredients integral to traditional northern Spanish gastronomy.

It’s now time to get hands-on. Under the careful supervision of the chef, you’ll mix, stir, cut and combine ingredients to prepare the dishes. Complement your cooking experience with a glass of wine from the open bar.
