The meeting point is the Community Ticket Desk inside the museum. By coming down the stairs from Puppy, enter the museum through the Community door, which allows you to skip the admission lines. Once inside, you may meet our guide in front of the ticket desk.

Art and Heart with Beatriz - Beatriz was our guide at the beautiful Guggenheim Museum, and she truly brought the experience to life. With warmth and passion, she spoke about Bilbao, the Basque culture, the iconic building, and the artworks it houses. Her deep knowledge and genuine love for the region made the tour both informative and inspiring. We couldn’t have wished for a better guide.

My friend also enjoyed... - My friend also enjoyed the tour, however we were disappointed that the meeting spot was not per the information we received. There was a couple on our same tour who received the same info about the meeting spot. The guide was told a different spot, so we lost 15 minutes or so of our tour trying to find each other; this was disappointing. The guide, Pilar was excellent and apologized for the mixup which was clearly the company's fault, not the guide's. I rated the tour 5 stars because of Pilar, and didn't want to punish her for the company's error. In the future, we hope the information of meeting spot will be clearer for the guide and the guests.

Small Group Guggenheim Tour - What a great and informative tour! Our guide, Jose, was very knowledgable about the museum and Basque culture in general. He was very enthusiastic, and he handled some particularly rude people in our group with grace. We felt privileged to have experienced the Guggenheim with Jose.

Bilbao Guggenheim tour - Beatriz was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the museum, the art in the museum, and the history of Bilbao. She then gave us recommendations for where to go for authentic pintxo bars and food to walk to. I highly recommend her tour.

Guggenheim visit - A very nice visit with a knowledgeable guide, Beatriz who was passionate in her work. The negative points are attributed to inaccurate information regarding meeting point which required several calls to the help center and lots of running around the outside of the huge museum to resolve the issue. This also applied to the other couple participants whom also had the same problem. Admittedly, the help center was very helpful and patient. Despite this issue, the visit went very well and we especially enjoyed the small group which allowed more interaction with the guide. In conclusion, a very informative and enjoyable tour which could have been excellent without the misinformation hiccup.
