• Guggenheim Museum Bilbao - We will start touring the exterior and interior of the museum, making a brief introduction about the origin of Bilbao and how was the city chosen to house the last great museum of the twentieth century. We will talk about its architecture and its architect Frank Ghery in its spectacular atrium, from there we will see its exterior talking about the sculptures and that they are part of its surroundings. Then we will see the temporary exhibitions that are exhibited, deepening the works, their authors, their artistic tendencies and aspects that may be interesting to better understand the exhibitions. The purpose of the experience is to get closer to the world of art, especially contemporary art, and try not to be unknown to us.

Explore the Museum with a knowledgeable local guide, who holds a license in Art History from the University of the Basque Country. This two-hour tour promises to be both comprehensive and enjoyable. Not only will you explore the current exhibitions, but you’ll also take a tour of the exterior to admire the architecture from the best angles. Inside, you’ll have the opportunity to visit both the permanent and temporary collections, accessing them from various points to fully appreciate the interior design from all perspectives. While it’s not possible to see the entire museum in one visit, at the end of the tour, you’ll receive guidance on how to explore the rest at your own pace. Your ticket allows for re-entry on the same day, so you can continue your visit at your leisure.
