Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park - Guests will be picked up from Nairobi at 7am by our representatives. Following a warm welcome and briefing, the journey to Nakuru will commence. Upon reaching Nakuru, guests will check in at Lake Nakuru Lodge. The trip offers stunning views of the Great Rift Valley escarpments. An afternoon game drive through the park awaits, showcasing thousands of flamingos and over 400 bird species. The park is a sanctuary for endangered rhinos, giraffes, zebras, various antelopes, African rock pythons, other reptiles, lions, leopards, and more. Lake Nakuru is home to Kenya’s first rhino sanctuary and boasts one of the largest populations of black rhinoceros globally, along with a significant number of white rhinos. The park also features the scenic Malaika Waterfalls. Additionally, an area of 188 km around the lake is fenced off to protect Rothschild giraffes.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve - After an early morning breakfast, guests will depart from Nakuru to Masai Mara National Park, arriving in the afternoon to check in at Mara Sopa Lodge. The renowned Mara is famous for its vast herds of plain game, the Big 5, black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as numerous elephants and nearly every type of wildlife found in Kenya, including over 450 bird species, all of which will be part of the evening game drive. Masai Mara is the site of one of the world’s natural wonders - The Great Wildebeest Migration, occurring between July and October. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the Mara Sopa Lodge, with meals provided on a Full Board basis.

Full Day Exploring Masai Mara Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve - A full day is dedicated to observing the Great Migration and predator hunting, as well as exploring the park’s remarkably high concentration of wildlife. The Great Migration involves millions of animals, primarily wildebeests, migrating from Tanzania’s Serengeti to the Mara. The plains are filled with large herds of grazing animals, along with the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding among acacia branches. During the stay, there is an optional opportunity to visit a Masai village to experience their singing and dancing, which are integral to their daily life and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure offers a profound experience. Dinner and overnight will be at the Mara Sopa Lodge, with meals on a Full Board basis.

Masai Mara Reserve - Nairobi

Nairobi - After breakfast, guests will depart from Mara for Nairobi, enjoying an en-route game drive, and arriving in the afternoon. They will be dropped off at the airport for their onward flight.
