Hike to Gaztelugatxe and Visit Ondarroa
Bermeo - After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Bermeo. Visit the iconic San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, also known as the castle rock. Located off the shore along the Bay of Biscay, 35 km (22 miles) east of Bilbao, the island is connected to the mainland by a stone bridge. The bridge leads to a narrow path with 241 steps, zigzagging to the top. These steps were featured in season 7 of Game of Thrones.

Enjoy Views from Urgull Hill and Explore San Sebastian
Monte Urgull - After breakfast, walk through town to the top of Urgull Hill, offering one of the best viewpoints in town. At the top stands a Sacred Heart Christ statue overlooking San Sebastian. The hike takes about 30 minutes through the hill’s woods.
Basilica de Santa Maria del Coro - On the way back, explore San Sebastian’s old town, starting with the Basilica of Santa María del Coro, an impressive 18th-century Baroque building on Calle Mayor in the heart of the Old Town (Parte Vieja). Stroll through pedestrian-friendly streets lined with historic buildings housing numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. It’s known for the best nightlife in San Sebastian and the best place to enjoy pintxos (local light bites, similar to tapas).
La Concha Beach - In the afternoon, relax at La Concha Beach, just a short distance from Parte Vieja. The beach stretches about a mile wide, offering stunning views of Monte Urgull, Monte Igueldo, and Santa Clara Island, along with the beautiful architecture bordering La Concha Promenade.
