• Antelope Pass Vista - The first of many scenic stops on the tour is Antelope Pass Vista, located on the western side of Highway 89. This overlook provides breathtaking views of Vermillion Cliffs National Monument, a stunning geological marvel. Situated just below the Utah state line, it spans nearly 300,000 acres.
• Horseshoe Bend - At Horseshoe Bend, visitors can enjoy a magnificent view of the Colorado River as it curves around a sandstone formation from atop a 1,000-foot cliff. The site includes a parking area with restrooms, excellent views from the overlook, and a roughly 1.5-mile hike. It tends to be very busy between 9-11 a.m. and 4:30-6:30 p.m. During these times, the parking lot may fill up, and parking on Highway 89 is prohibited. Violators will be ticketed and towed, so if the lot is full, it’s best to return later.

• Antelope Canyon - Antelope Canyon is a breathtaking slot canyon located in the Navajo Nation, just outside of Page. Renowned for its narrow, winding passageways and vibrant hues, the canyon was shaped by erosion from flash floods.

There are two main sections: Upper Antelope Canyon, accessible via guided tours, and Lower Antelope Canyon, which requires a hike. Reservations are necessary to visit Antelope Canyon.

• Powell Museum & Archives - Situated at 6 N Lake Powell Blvd, Page, AZ 86040, within the museum.

This museum is named after a one-armed explorer and the first European American to navigate the Colorado River. It features exhibits on geology, archaeology, dam history, paleontology, and culture. The Glen Canyon Conservancy’s main office is adjacent, offering additional local travel information and resources.

• Glen Canyon Dam Overlook - This remarkable overlook allows visitors to pause and admire views of the Glen Canyon Dam to the north and the Colorado River. Centrally located in Page off Scenic View Road, it’s easily accessible via a walk of less than 1,000 feet. The overlook includes picnic tables and a pavilion for enjoying the scenery.

• Grandview Overlook - Not far from Potato Hill is the Grandview Overlook, offering panoramic views of Lake Powell and Navajo Mountain. It’s a serene place to spend some time.
• The Chains - This is an easy to moderate hike where visitors can embark on a self-guided adventure through slickrock sand formations. It provides excellent views of canyon walls and the Glen Canyon Dam. Lakeshore access is possible depending on current lake levels.

Hikers should exercise extreme caution near the water, as it is very deep at this location. To find the trailhead, take the first right on the gravel road after Ridge Way heading towards Glen Canyon Dam before the Glen Canyon Bridge. Turn left at the end past Hanging Gardens trailhead and continue to the parking area at the dead end.

• Hanging Gardens Trail - At the Hanging Gardens trailhead, visitors can enjoy a 1.2-mile, or 2-kilometer, out-and-back trail. As the name suggests, it leads to a hanging garden, where plants grow on vertical rock surfaces.
• Carl Hayden Visitor Center Page - Located two miles north of Page across the Glen Canyon Bridge. The building is attached to Glen Canyon Dam.

• Navajo Mountain Viewpoint - At Navajo Mountain Viewpoint, visitors can see Navajo Mountain, which is sacred to the Navajo people and stands about the height of seven Empire State Buildings. Just beyond is Wahweap Viewpoint, offering wonderful views of Lake Powell.
• Wahweap Marina - This is a great opportunity to step out of the car and explore the shoreline of Lake Powell. Lake Powell Resort is also located here, with restaurants and shops open to non-hotel guests.
• Wahweap Recreation Area - Visitors will drive through an entrance station into Wahweap Recreation Area, where they can enjoy stunning views across the lake to Utah and trace the shores of Lake Powell.

The area features restrooms centrally located in the group area, about a quarter of a mile from the shore of Lake Powell. There appear to be four different restroom buildings.

• Stud Horse Point - To reach this location, take Highway 89 south from Page and turn right onto Bullhead City Road. Continue until reaching the Stud Horse Point Trailhead.

The trail is approximately 1.5 miles long and is considered moderate in difficulty, with some elevation gain.

Along the way, visitors will enjoy stunning vistas of the lake and the colorful sandstone cliffs.
