Mahdi - On time, nice and soft. Very happy with the trip. We went from and to Landvetter. Frölunda Torg we jumped on and off. The price is really cool.

Woman with pram had to leave room for others - 29/4 -25 at 15:20 A woman with crying children in a stroller had to wait for the next bus while many more people were allowed on the bus. From what I understand it was full in the trunk but a lot of space inside the bus where those who got on put large bags. I think priority should have been given to the woman with the pram. With a quick redistribution of bags, the trolley would fit. She looked very disappointed when one by one got to go on but not her. Yes, I could definitely have helped, I think now, but when the driver said it was full, I didn't think anyone else would get on. /Elin

Grumpy Tant driver - THE DRIVER A woman in her 60s was a boring experience, unpleasant, unsympathetic and without understanding she loudly declared the importance of her work environment in front of the customer. Another job where you don’t meet people, probably suits better.

Noose as belt - Your belts are so incredibly uncomfortable that a snare would have been more comfortable. How can they be so tight? Wanting to opt out of security because of extreme inconvenience is not okay.

Rude Drivers, but service on time - To be fair busses were on time and got us where we needed to go. Bus drivers however, so rude! We literally had it bad on both journeys. After arriving at the airport, first time in town, trying to get into the city, the driver was shouting at us when we asked to buy tickets on board saying that we’d done it wrong.. then on the way back to the airport we’d pre bought tickets and the driver tried to get us to buy more after we scanned them in saying that we didn’t buy enough tickets (we were two) even though the receipt very clearly said 2 tickets.
