5 Star Experience - Excellent experience and really good value for money. It's over 15 years since I went up the Tower and the investment has been money well spent. The 3D video beforehand is a great touch.

Great views - We loved our visit to the top of the tower. Great views! Love the glass floor. Great there’s somewhere to get a drink at the top too. We loved the lift to the top, my 3 year old was allowed to press the button in the lift which she loved. All the staff were really friendly. One point that was upsetting, while in the waiting room for the cinema there was an advert on the tv for the dungeons that scared my 3 year old, because of this she wouldn’t watch the cinema because she thought she was watching that show. But she was quickly calmed down and helped to forget about it by Jordan and Charlie the lift operators. I really don’t think that advert is appropriate for all ages audience and so shouldn’t be shown in waiting room.

TOWER AND 4D EXPERIENCE - First time since before Covid-19 in Blackpool, so I thought I'd get back to going up the Blackpool Tower. Seriously I wasn't disappointed. Everything about doing this for me was quite emotional, lost my brother last November and he absolutely loved coming to the Blackpool Tower. Views from the top are absolutely stunning and today it was even better due the beautiful weather.

Grandchildren loved the experience - I didn't have the courage to do this experience as I'm not good with heights! However my husband, family friend and my teenage grandchildren did and they absolutely loved it and were brave enough to stand on the glass! They said the views were amazing and took some fabulous pictures.

it was something really new as it’s my first time in blackpool but it was really cold - really nice and something new and the staff were really sweet (especially jordan) like he needs a raise and the 4D experience was so sick

Really accessible and so friendly! - I am an ambulant wheelchair user so am writing about accessibility here. There is a ramp to help you enter the building. Staff were universally helpful and friendly. You obviously need to use lifts to go up. There are two and they easily accommodate a wheelchair. The ballroom can be accessed by a wheelchair lift but you'd struggle to do it by yourself. Staff here were more than helpful though so not a big deal. Accessibile toilets on this floor but not hugely clearly signposted. You can go right up to the eye (top) of the tower by lift - it's how everyone has to go. Absolutely no issue with that at all and again staff were really helpful and proactive! It's easy to move around in your chair up there. The one bit you can't access by wheelchair is the very very top tiny floor. You have to climb a narrow spiral staircase. However that's like climbing into the attic. The main eye floor has pretty much the same view and it's not restricted by safety fencing. I'd completely recommend going if you're in a wheelchair. And to whoever owns the tower - your staff are worth whatever pay rise they ask for this year!

Tourist trap that takes too long - As the title suggests, presumably in order to make you feel like you're getting value for money for what is in essence a £15 lift to the top of a tower you have to faff about, "let's take your photo", now let's watch a 3D video - I just want to go to the top of the tower! . When you ever it's unclear where you're supposed to go, waited 5 minutes in the queue by the desk near one entrance while the guy in front argued about his concession, for no reason as was then told to go straight through to the next area down where tickets are checked and you're then shoehorned into the world's smallest list (although on the way out realised it was only two small flights of stairs before you get to the tower area) When you get to the top of the tower you can't get any decent photos on the outside area as it's surrounded by netting. Finally unlike the lifts the service in the gift shop is glacial, I spent longer in the queue to buy an overpriced fridge magnet than I spent walking around the top of the tower. If you go to Blackpool you want to go up the tower but be aware it's a tourist trap.

Discriminates against folk with glasses - Thoroughly disgusted and feel totally discriminated against. I've waited my whole life to go up the Blackpool Tower and I can't even go up to the top of the tower as I have glasses on! Total sham! surely that's discrimination? I can't help it I have poor eyesight and need glasses.
