Nothing short of AMAZING - I cane today with a friend, and we both had the best afternoon. All staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Especially Ree. Who we soent most of the afternoon with, naming the fish, crabs, Lobsters, sharks. We had so much fun doing this. And thank you to the lady who told us the eel was out as we were leaving, and the man on the photos...You two we're also amazing...Sorry I didn't get either your names. Ree...If you read this. Tell your boss you deserve a payrise because you truly rock. Helpful, great information on the animals and a lot of fun. Thank you so much Ree, for making a great afternoon amazing for myself and my friend Mickey. 😊 I always love Sealife, but Ree made today extra special. If I don't get back tomorrow, say hello to Coral from me please. 😊

Great few hours. Lovely experience. - Great afternoon out. It’s super interactive and the staff are amazing and you can see they really do care about the animals. Animal welfare seems to be at the top of their agenda. The kids love it here. It takes about 2 hours to get round. The tunnel you walk through is huge and you could be in there for hours. It’s well worth the money.

Sealife experience Blackpool - I would highly recommend this to anyone considering visiting this attraction. It really is suitable for all ages. You follow the path round in set way experiencing different categories such as coral reef , tropical , harbour etc. The highlight was seeing the stingrays and sharks and turtle swimming above you . The lighting and tunnel experience all adds to the enjoyment. It took us a family of five ages between 56 and 2yrs old to get round approximately 1.5 hours Only draw back when we visited was the lift not working so we had to use the stairs that were dimly lit and would definitely be an issue for some. We were told it would be mended by the end of the week though.

Not impressed - Wasn’t value for money - rivals the prices in London and doesn’t come close to what you pay for. I can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon.

More interesting for the kids than Tussauds but also problematic - Been to a couple of sea life centres, over the years and I prefer the ones with an outdoor section, obviously this isn't possible with this one. It now sits uneasily with me that they keep the exhibits cooped up in a gilded cage. The conservation argument only stretches so far , what benefits are there if species are being conserved solely to be gorped at by the general public? Especially when the staff want to have a rant about Shien and disposable clothing. People in glass houses.....

Expensive considering it takes an hour to walk around the whole thing!!!! - We went on Thursday 27th March and we are a family of 2 adults and 5 children (9G, 8B, 6B, 3B & 1B). We have been to the sea life in Weymouth and LOVE IT, so despite some of the reviews about it not being worth the money and going around it too fast we decided to give it ago. We didn't manage to get into Blackpool until just after 1pm so had limited time to walk around (closed at 3pm). We got there and the woman who checked us in was really nice, was annoying to have to scan all the tickets but hey ho. We also brought the ranger packs for the children to do as we go round (similar to what they did in Weymouth). We got into the lift and were very excited to walk around. When we got to the floor we went and had our picture taken by the machine and started on our way. We went to the rock pools first where you can touch and feel the star fish. It wasn't very big and got very crowded (even though there were only about 6 other people). The man didn't explain what we could touch very well and there was only one part of the rock pool we could actually touch anything, which is a bit rubbish. We washed our hands and off we went to explore the rest. It was very dark, it was a real struggle to see as we were walking around. There was some interesting decorations as you walked around and the big tank of stingrays way really cool. But it was so dark that the children couldn't do any of the ranger packs that we had brought for them to do on the way round. The ocean tunnels were really cool though, we all loved it and we got some really nice pictures and we sat down for a little while and watched them all swimming around. there are some really cool picture opportunities at the end and the big tank with the seating just before you leave is really nice but we managed to do it all by 2pm! This is with us taking our time because our youngest was loving all the fish and walking around slowly! We paid £130ish for an hour which is stupid!!!! When it came to leaving we went to gift shop, which was small and then we had to walk ALL the way back through to the beginning to leave because we needed to use the lift. Overall I would not recommend it. It was literally an hour of hour life and we paid a stupid amount for it. It also wasn't overly clean, there were bits of rubbish around the tanks and seemed to be a lot of squeegees to clean the tanks on the floor or balanced next to the tanks. It also doesn't feel overly big, so if we had gone during peak times and there were loads of people it would have felt very claustrophobic. I wouldn't go again but would defiantly recommend the one in Weymouth.
