Most of the time is spent exploring these valleys, away from larger crowds. Delve deep into lush rainforest areas and scenic lookouts.
- Glenbrook - As the tour passes through the lower mountain villages, there will be a quick stop here. Enjoy a possible national park scenic drive and wildlife spotting, with an optional visit to the town showcasing the diversity of charming villages that most groups overlook.
- Leura - The group will discuss where to stop for lunch, choosing between Katoomba or Leura.
- Katoomba - Stop in Katoomba for lunch and a leisurely stroll through the township.
- The Three Sisters - The tour concludes with a visit to Echo Point to see the Three Sisters in the afternoon, bathed in the beautiful golden light from the west.
- Wentworth Falls - Take a walk into the rainforest to explore the northeastern edge of The Jamison Valley. This is the most stunning waterfall in the mountains and a must-see when visiting the region. Enjoy a walk to view the falls and experience a surprising variety of spectacular views!
- Scenic World Blue Mountains - An optional stop at Scenic World allows for a ride on the world’s steepest railway, descending into the Jamison Valley for a walk in the native forest. Then, take the scenic cableway to the top station for a ride on the Scenic Skyway, offering panoramic views across the valley. This is not included but can be discussed on the day.
- Govetts Leap - If time permits, the tour will drive to Govetts Leap in Blackheath for views overlooking the Grose Valley.

Luxury Tour of Blue Mountains - Thanks so much to Dave for this excellent tour.
We did a day trip around the Blue Mountains and vicinity.
We were picked up from our hotel in central Sydney.
Dave is a highly experienced and knowledgeable tour guide. Was able to answer all our questions and is passionate about the nature and wildlife.
I liked the way that while on the tour Dave would show us round but would also give us time to explore on our own as a family. He was also great at getting the perfect family photos.
The tour was also completely flexible and we were able to adapt as we went on. The petting zoo was great suggestion.
Dave’s new car is immaculate. It really was a luxury way to travel.
Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks once again to Dave.

5 Star ‘Escape’ experience! - Dave provided a 5 star experience for our trip to Blue Mountains. The personalized tour in the super-clean and new luxury van provided us the perfect day of experiencing the Blue Mountains. Excellent day out; very enjoyable - Dave is an excellent driver very safe and very comfortable vehicle. He gives an interesting commentary and looks after all your needs as they arise. He works with your group to plan the day but has proactive suggestions and is flexible around your plans.
We were two couples and would not hesitate to recommend him safe in the knowledge that he will deliver a first class service.

A PERFECT CUSTOMIZED DAY TRIP TO THE BLUE MOUNTAINS - My husband and I are active seniors who have had a tour of the Blue Mountains on our "bucket list" for several years. David worked with us to personalize our tour to our interests and abilities. He assured that we got the best of views of the mountains and waterfalls and vistas, even it we preferred to limit our hiking any great distance on unpaved paths.
On our first stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park, he gave us a terrific overview and description of many of the animals, including the intriguing Pademelons. He also gave us time to explore on our own. He made sure I got the best-possible photos of birds and animals of interest.
At Glenbrook, we got a terrific view of Wentworth Falls. We decided not to hike down to, and swim under, under the falls. He assured we still experienced impressiveness of the falls.
All along the way, David went above and beyond to get us the best of views and experiences. We viewed the Three Sisters from two different viewpoints.
I suggest taking the time for a pub lunch in Katoomba. It is a good opportunity to feel like a "local" and to relax mid-trip. We also enjoyed the stop in the mountain village of Leura where we could briefly browse in shops.
Our tour with David could not have been more delightful, educational, and thrilling.

Fab day in the Blue Mountains - David was a great host on our trip to the beautiful Blue Mountains. Our itinerary wishes were listened to and David’s knowledge of the area and other tours was invaluable as he took us to some of the iconic viewpoints at less busy times of the day.
