Excellent Airport Transfer & Tour Service with Blissful Himalayas in Nepal - This was my second time visiting Nepal, and once again I booked the airport shuttle transfer service with Blissful Himalayas. I am very happy with their service. They provided a clean and comfortable car, and the driver was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The manager, Ram, was especially supportive. He personally came to my hotel to assist with the check-in process and made sure everything was arranged properly. He also followed up with me regarding the airport pickup, the driver, and the vehicle to ensure everything met my expectations. I highly recommend the Blissful Himalayas team for all kinds of transportation services, tours, and trekking in Nepal. Their service is reliable and professional. I was picked up by Rajan... - I was picked up by Rajan from the airport and he dropped me off at my hotel. My hotel is further than most hotel but he was able to drop me off no problem. It is easy to communicate with him via Whatsapp or here on Viator chat. I highly recommend this airport to hotel or vice versa drop off. You will get to your requested destination safe and communication is very easy.

Spot on pick up service - The pick up was standing by at the airport. Soon after baggage collection when I went out to the pick up location, driver greeted with a name card.

Tribhuvan International Airport Transfer Service - I’m very grateful for the excellent service provided by Blissful Himalayas. The airport transfer was smooth and well-organized. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was both friendly and professional. Upon my arrival in Kathmandu via Malaysian Airlines, their staff was already at the airport holding a nameplate, making it very easy for me to find them. This thoughtful touch removed any stress or confusion after a long flight. Everything went perfectly from the moment I landed. I highly recommend Blissful Himalayas to anyone traveling to Nepal. For a hassle-free arrival, be sure to book your airport shuttle transfer with them you’ll be in good hands.

Operator Cancelled - did not provide service. - The operator cancelled my airport pickup at the very last minute. I was informed that this was due to the chaos caused by the social media bans enforced this week in Nepal. To be fair, they did at least notify me about the cancellation, so the two star is for communication. I ended up walking outside the airport compound and used the InDrive app to get an idea of the fare, then negotiated a ride to Thamel. I wouldn’t recommend doing what I did, as you’ll be harassed by taxi drivers every few seconds. Based on my experience with Blissful Himalayas, I would not recommend their airport transfer service.
