The meeting point for the tour is at Skjol Bistro located just between the famous Geysir hot spring and Gullfoss waterfall. The driving distance from Reykjavik is approximately 1,5 hour so make sure to account for enough driving time.

Absolutely beautiful scenery - Amazing to be out on the glacier in the snow. I would advise not to wear too many layers as the journey in the monster truck was very hot. We were lucky it was 1 degree outside so snow boots and trousers with a vest and coat under the waterproof overalls they supply is more than enough.

Book it you won’t regret it ! - Absolutely amazing experience ! A real bucket list moment. The views on the glacier and the drive up is amazing by itself! We had plenty of snow in November albeit a bit icy but so beautiful. The gear provided is lovely and warm, but make sure you have enough on underneath.
Not too many in the group and the guides were great at seeing everyone’s driving levels and moving people around so a queue didn’t form and people could go their own desired speed. Harder than I thought to steer but once I got the hang of it was exhilarating. My mum sat on the back didn’t drive but really enjoyed the ride and scenery.
Book it! You won’t regret it !

An amazing excursion - I think it was a success, it is an Enterprise that does the excursions in small groups. We had a sunny day and it was a long day, it is true that you go in line and walk, but it is still very worth it. I'd definitely repeat.

Lucky to have Peter as guide - Great experience! Peter was a fantastic guide for this experience! Enjoyable driving whit some glacier knowledge! Great music on the go!
The snowmobile was very fun! Good organization and easy to follow. Peter made sure everyone was ok and let us plenty of time to play and photo!

Perfect and enjoyable - Peter was our guide and we highly reccomend him and the tour who would like to have a 4-5 hours great fun on the glacier with snowmobile….. lot of extra infos and help…. We really enjoyed the time

Fun but short - Super fun but very short. Did this as a one time thing to try out snowmobiling and got my adrenaline fix! You arent allowed to roam though and you have to follow the guides along a set path

Amazing! - We had so much fun with the snowmobiling. We were taught how to ride the snowmobile really well, we went fast, and had a blast in the snow! Peter was an awesome guide. Views were gorgeous both on the way up and on the top of the glacier. Highly recommend!

Snowmobiling on glaciers - This was one of the best experience I’ve ever had. Peter was awesome and really let us have fun on the snowmobiles.
We went on a tour for over an hour and got to see different areas of the glacier.
If you’re more advanced, he did not hold you back from really driving the machines.
10/10 would recommend doing this when in Iceland !
