DAY 2: FLOATING MARKET – CACAO FARM – HCM
Cai Rang Floating Market - Early Morning Mekong Adventure
At 6:00 AM, the guide will meet guests in the center of Can Tho at the meeting point: “1 Châu Văn Liêm, P. Tân An, Q. Ninh Kiều, Cần Thơ City”. From there, take a short walk to the boat station to board a traditional wooden sampan — an authentic small boat for the Mekong adventure.
As the boat glides through the river at dawn, witness the breathtaking sunrise casting golden light over the water — a magical moment not to be missed. Soon after, arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest and most vibrant market in the Mekong Delta. The guide will explain the fascinating history of this unique river-based trading hub and its significance to local life.
Enjoy a delicious Vietnamese breakfast on the boat — choose between a steaming bowl of noodle soup, a warm Bánh Mì, or soft Bánh Bao, just like the locals.
Cai Rang Floating Market - Then, head deeper into the Delta on a traditional boat to experience the authentic daily life of the Mekong people. Along the way, enjoy freshly cut pineapple right on the river and feel the rhythm of life on the water.
Next, explore a family-run rice noodle workshop. Learn how locals turn rice into paper, then into noodles, using age-old methods passed down through generations.

Muoi Cuong Cocoa Farm - To conclude the tour, visit a unique organic cacao farm. The guide will share the story of Mr. Cacao and explain how chocolate, wine, and cosmetics are made from the cacao fruit. Sip on creamy cacao milk and taste homemade cacao wine — a sweet and surprising way to finish the experience.
Around 12:00 PM, enjoy a local lunch before returning to Can Tho city center. The tour concludes around 1:00 PM, though exact timing may vary slightly with the river’s tide. Either way, a journey full of memories and meaningful moments is guaranteed.
