Fun - Great from the start, light breakfast at the pier, endless water & soft drink, super friendly and informative. Snorkeling & kayaking what you would expect although no caves which was a shame… optional hiking. The first one of 150m is fine but very very steep stairs, worth the view but very busy. Next stop with the 500m hike we didn’t do but apparently is hard.. we relaxed at the beautiful beach with white sand and clear water - not as packed. Lunch was delicious. All round a great day - highly recommend

Beautiful excursion with great snorkeling and excellent guide - We chose this tour with German speaking guide and were very surprised to be greeted by a Thai with griasti. This guide was born in Thailand and raised in Austria, just wonderfully refreshing and the shame runs. He was also very well received by all fellow travellers, spoke in German and English. The tour was changed at short notice, because there was a lot going on at the place for snorkeling, was first kayaked. Was excellent as we were there alone and could totally enjoy nature. Coincidentally, grey whales could also be seen, so we stopped some distance away and could observe these magnificent animals. There was local food on a small island, which was very nicely prepared and tasted excellent. On the return trip we had strong seas, which were maneuvered very well by our captain and we are well back in at our starting point. I can definitely recommend this trip.

Angthong National Marine Park Full Review - The tour was such a brilliant and smooth experience. The tour guides were amazing and informative. I will be reviewing the whole journey. Firstly we started off at a meeting point where the tour guides gave us information regarding the tour while providing breakfast. Breakfast included, toast, coffee, tea and fruits and they would make omelets. We then travelled 1 hour to our first activity, snorkelling. This 45 minute activity was amazing. The location they picked was very good as it had many varieties of fishes. I felt we needed a bit longer to explore properly. Overall experience was amazing. After snorkelling, we travelled to the hiking point on an island. This hike was not for the faint hearted. It was soo tiring but worth it. The top of the island had an exceptional view of the different islands. It was definitely worth it. We had spent just over an hour on this island. The people who didn’t want to hike could do various other activities such as swimming, and walking around the island. After, we travelled to 2 close islands for lunch and hiking (again) to an emerald lake. Lunch consisted of rice, spaghetti, chicken, salsa and vegetables. The lunch was very delicious and although it was simple, it filled us up. The emerald lake hike was also amazing but very steep. It was definitely worth it. (Pictures will be shown) Lastly, we travelled on the speedboat back to Ko Samui. The experience overall was amazing and definitely recommend. The tour guides were one of the best and very friendly. They would provide many drinks throughout the tour which helped many people with sea sickness.

A truly wonderful day - A wonderful experience from the very moment we were transferred from our apartments. Great down at the pier before departure; it was very well organised and there was even a small selection for free breakfast! The boat was fantastic and the crew and guides (from Mr. Tu) were exceptional. There was as much water and cola as you wanted to drink throughout the day. We loved the snorkelling and the kayaking. Lunch was very pleasant too! The final hike was a challenge but the juice was worth the squeeze as the views were spectacular. All in all, just a truly magical experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Great time. - Overall great experience. You do snorkeling, kayaking, and a few island lookouts, including Angthong National Park. Lots of overweight tourists so you spend more time on lunch than the 45 minute snorkeling which was unfortunate. Bring your running shoes for the trails and steep stairs that are involved! ENJOY.

The team on the boat was... - The team on the boat was fantastic! They truly took great care of us and provided clear explanations in English about the tour plan and all necessary safety measures. The places we visited were stunning, we kayaked, enjoyed lunch on a island, hiked to viewpoints, and even spotted some monkeys! Just a heads-up: this is SPEEDBOAT! Fortunately, we had calm weather and no waves, but it’s something to consider if you’re traveling with kids. Overall, a wonderful adventure!

Worth it! - Amazing experience and right number of people in the group. Pace of activities was just right. Locations are breathtaking and hiking is really worth it. Kayaking was fun and also the right distance… more would be maybe too much for some… Lunch could be better but it was eatable.

Fun day but long and crowded. - Mr Tu tour was well priced compared to some others. However it did not include the fee to enter the national park which was an additional 1100 bht for a family of 4 which we had to pay on arrival. Also it would be good if we had been advised before leaving home that buying water shoes is a good idea because of the sea urchins, not in the snorkelling area but in the beach swimming area. They sold them on the boat for 200bht each but we didn’t know beforehand and didn’t have an extra 800bht to spare. If you have children I advise you to get them to wear crocs or buy water shoes beforehand, my son got a foot full of urchin spikes. Lunch was ok but spicy so quite a few children hungry after an early start and a long boat ride and swimming could only eat plain rice and watermelon. Would advise families of kids not used to spicy food and vegetable averse to pack snacks. The snorkelling was the highlight and saw lots of fish but only lasted 40 minutes out of an 8 hour day. Kayaking was twice around a big rock then whisked back onto the boat. We were just of many other tour groups so you are surrounded by crowds of other people all day. This sounds very negative, we still had fun and the guys on the boat were nice. The park itself was very beautiful and can imagine how lovely it would be without 1000 tourists (inc ourselves!).

Beautiful park, bad boats and two scams - The park is very beautiful. Unfortunately on arrival they sell you a bag to put the cell phone in and bring it underwater to take pictures. Yes the bag is waterproof but it is impossible to take pictures with this bag under the surface of the water. On return those who sold it to us are obviously no longer present to ask for a refund. That's a 300-TB scam. The other scam, Before boarding first they ask you to take off your shoes, which they place in a large bag. Because it's important to protect the boat. Once they sell you beach shoes at 300TB. Which nobody needs if we can keep our shoes on. Everyone is dressed and put on for the day. Instead of pushing us another 300TB scam. Why don't they ask us to take off our shoes first, keep them in our but to put them back on when we get out. These boats are yes fast but are not suitable for carrying visitors. when embarked on a tour for visited, wanted to see. The freeboard is too high and sitting have can see nothing of this beautiful park. In addition these boats could benefit from a more suitable and comfortable hull in the wave or that the Captain slow down a little to make the outward and return trip comfortable. It agitates a lot and almost everyone was uncomfortable. Don't go in this lap if your back is fragile.
