- Fonte Vicente - The tour begins with a visit to the Blue Lagoon, renowned for its breathtaking views of the island. Following this, the journey continues to the Fonte Vicente Oasis, where visitors can admire the majestic “Tree of Life,” the baobab tree. Here, guests can sample baobab nuts and juice, relax on a swing, and soak in the serene surroundings.
- Curral Velho - Next, the tour proceeds to the ghost village of Curral Velho, abandoned in the early 19th century due to frequent pirate attacks. After exploring the village, the tour moves to the salt lake, where guests are welcome to collect some salt as a souvenir.
- Ervatão - Following the salt lake visit, there is an opportunity to swim and unwind on the beach, provided the sea conditions are favorable.
- Morro Negro Lighthouse - After the beach break, the tour heads to the Morro Negro Lighthouse. Perched on a 163-meter hill, the lighthouse offers stunning views of the island, including the entire east coast. Here, guests can enjoy a local liquor tasting, sampling spirits such as Grogue and Pontche.
- Fundo das Figueiras - The tour continues through the town of Cabeça dos Tarrafes, stopping in the vibrant town of Fundo das Figueiras for lunch in a banana plant garden. The menu includes traditional Cape Verdean dishes, grilled chicken with French fries, and vegetarian options.
- Fundo das Figueiras - The visit includes the “Centro de Interpretação Ambiental,” a museum dedicated to showcasing the local ecosystem, with a focus on sea turtle and wildlife conservation. Alternatively, guests can explore the historic and colorful town of Fundo, one of Boa Vista’s oldest, and enjoy some souvenir shopping.
- Deserto de Viana - Finally, the tour travels through the town of João Galego and along Route 66 to the Viana Desert. This stunning landscape features endless white sand dunes. Guests can enjoy sandboarding before returning to the hotel.
