See the whole city. - This was a good way to get some overview of the city. The 2 guide were knowledgeable, spoke both english and español, and the driver was competent. The rout is laid out well. This isn’t a classic hop on/off experience where you can explore on your own you have to stay with the group. It’s a nice tour though.

Unique experience - Definitely a very enriching, fun and super nice experience! The guides always attentive and very friendly! Take the morning tour with Esteban And the afternoon tour with Mateo and Andrés, made us spend some super informative, fun and warm tourist tours!!! I would definitely do it again!

Colombia is a chimba! - It was a very important time to get to know various neighborhoods and different aspects of Colombian society and culture. Matteo was an excellent guide with enough patience and knowledge for an effective presentation of Bogotá.

Awesome - Nice 4 hr trip. Guide was very knowledgeable. 👍. Old city was remarkable with architecture probably hundreds of years old. This is a must see. Free Wi Fi on the bus.

The best Bogota product - I was in town on a business issue and had a while left and was able to take this product. I found it excellent... it is a mixture between having a personalized and a group experience, I met peronas and had a great time, has 2 stops where one gets off with the guide, I learned cocoa and emeralds, plus I could go to the bathroom. There were people in English and the guide did very well, changing languages without problem. The bus is spectacular, small to get everywhere, we arrived fulfilling itinerary, has disabled ramp...wow. They are a product that I have not seen in the world, it seems to me that it can be very important for Bogotá to have these types of buses that even connect with the airport! Spectacular!

Excellent Way to see the... - Excellent Way to see the city with no trouble and at a very low cost, especially for first timers. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He gave us plenty time to take pictures.

First time in Bogota,... - First time in Bogota, Colombia for my sister and I. I usually do a hop on hop off bus when i visit a new city. Its a great way to get an overview and some background on key spots. Note: this is NOT a hop on hop off bus.... its a tour bus with experiences. We enjoyed the day with Nestor our tour guide. Some of our highlights include the walking tour of La Candelaria, the chocolate tasting, Case de La Paz and the Tejo game :)

Scam Scam, take your money and run - Rating: 1 Star I recently had a disappointing experience with Viato. I purchased a ticket through TripAdvisor and canceled it within five minutes, expecting a straightforward refund. Unfortunately, my refund request was rejected without clear justification. The information provided about the pickup point was also insufficient, as there was no validated map to guide me. When I reached out to their customer service, my concerns were dismissed, and I was left without a refund. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor customer support have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend using their services.
