Join us on a sensory journey through Colombia’s varied chocolate flavors! We’ll try chocolates from five distinct regions, each with a different cocoa percentage. We will delve into the chocolate manufacturing process, and explore the variety of tropical fruits that Colombian cocoa is traditionally paired with.
Each participant gets to pick their favorite cocoa samples and we’ll then guide them through making their own chocolate truffles! Everyone will have a chance to take home their handcrafted chocolates in a petite gift box.
To conclude our tour, we will treat ourselves with a pastry and hot chocolate delicacy. You can choose between a traditional almojábana, carimañola, pandebono, puff pastry, empanadas, mantecada, or a corn, anise, cheese, boyacense, or santandereana arepa.
