Great mountain tour - Great guide, very knowledgeable about the mountain and its habitat! We had a fun time despite the breezy weather! Definitely recommend a guide if the translation helps

Unforgettable - Maravilhoso, vista fantástica. The beautiful church and the image that lives there. It has the trade fair of crafts and the gastronomy of the typical of the region. Very grateful. I recommend being with a guide.

Nice walk but long queue - Nice walk to the Montserrate overlooking the capital. Get on the cable car. Nice view. But huge tail of more than 2 hours to get back down. Very poorly organised

Very nice scenery and... - Very nice scenery and plenty of opportunities for pictures. Make sure to take breaks if needed due to the altitude. Jose was very knowledgeable about the mountain and church.

Easy tour to do. - It was easy to get to. Bring an umbrella just in case. I went at 10 am on a Thursday, was not super busy. Great view to take pics. They sell souvenirs at the top in a market.. kinda pricey difficult to bargain. 10-15 mil for 1 magnet instead of 5 -10. But you might find something you like.

Awesome tour - The Monserrat tour was awesome ! Thanks to our tour guide Sara ! Everything was well planned out ! Tour took 2 hrs ! After meeting at the base of the mountain we were taken to a tram that takes us to the mountain top! From there the tour begins on foot ! Sara is an excellent storyteller and is passionate of her work sharing knowledge on the history of this beautiful mountain and its famous attractions like the church , wishing well , monuments. The plants and animals that inhabit the area , ! My favorite is the story of the black Madonna holding baby Jesus ! The inside of the church is beautiful and architecture dates back to the 16th century! The views of bogota from the mountain top is awesome and. You can see a replica of Christ the redeemer like the one in Brazil from nearby mountains not too far away ! Love this tour and the experience provided by Sara to make us all engage , ask questions and opportunities to take pictures and take in the stunning views that surround us ! Definitely worth every penny ! Highly recommend it !

Tour and Guide were great. Organization could be better. - Our guide was great and the tour is worth the trip. The views are amazing. That being said, the communication before the tour was non-existent. I received no communication from the company prior to the tour. I had to reach out to them to get information as to where to meet and such. I learned that there is one company who facilitates the tour for multiple booking sites. This was a problem because our booking through TripAdvisor came with pre-purchased tickets, yet some of the other participants had to wait in a long line to get their tickets. This meant we all had to wait in line. My friend and I eventually asked for our tickets and was gonna take our own tour. The tour guide caught up with us and eventually led us on the tour (not sure exactly what happened to the others). This was a frustrating start to the trip.
