The Driver I Trust The Most - Luis is amazing. We’ve hired him twice to pick us up from El Dorado Airport and take us into Bogota. He always arrives on time and communicates perfectly. Immigration lines at El Dorado can be very slow and they take a long time but Luis is always there once we get through. On the ride in Luis is always safe and has so many helpful recommendations. I personally enjoy our conversations about music. I highly recommend! A man I trust!

Seamless transfer from Bogota airport to hotel - I highly recommend this transfer service. The driver communicated over what’s app the night before arrival and upon arrival keeping close tabs on me from the moment I landed to know if I was through immigration and baggage claim. He sent me his photo each time snd picked me up right outside of the arrivals area inside by the Starbucks which was easy to find. Very efficient. He is a good driver. I’ve used him twice.

Felipe was extremely flexible, reliable and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Colombia. We learned a lot during our transfers. Safe, reliable driver who waited for us - Immediately after booking, we received communication from our driver, Luis Felipe with all details of our pick up. He left no room for misshapen; from sending a picture of himself for successful identification, a picture of how my name would be displayed on a tablet (in a distinctive and colorful way), meeting point, etc. Line at Customs was incredibly long and he waited all this time for no extra charge. It was raining so he not only escorted us from the arrival hall to the airport exit but picked up the car and then came back to retrieve us (more of his time spent only to keep us comfortable and dry). Traffic from the airport to the hotel was horrible but I practically dozed all the way while my husband received a full hour lecture on Colombia and Bogota history and cultural makeup. All in a safe, comfortable and clean car. Great value too.

Outstanding experience with Luis Felipe - Luis Felipe both picked us up and dropped us off at the Bogotá airport. It was all smooth and perfect in every detail: he was punctual, communicated clearly with us through Whatsapp during the whole process, made payment easy through Paypal, drove very well, and his vehicle was excellent. In addition to that, we had very good conversations on board. Luis is friendly, polite, educated, and knowledgeable about Colombian culture and other countries. My Bogota experience from airport to hotel - I have got to say this was the best and smooth experience I have ever had. When I arrived to Bogota, Luis Felipe our private driver was already there waiting for us. Punctuality is something I admire! He took care of our all our bags and luggage. I am a coffee lady, he was kind enough to wait for me so I could get my Starbucks Coffee. The ride to the hotel was amazing. Great driver and also gave some recommendations of places to visit in Bogota.
