He was an amazing driver, but also shared great stories and was so great to get to know. He was early to pick us up and communicated multiple times to ensure we were on the same page. Out of this world experience thanks to our amazing driver - When we arrived to Bogotá we had the most amazing experience with our driver Luis Felipe Ramirez. When we found out that our transfer from the hotel from the airport was going to be with him as well, my mom and I couldn't be more pleased. Just like the firs time that he picked us up, Luis made a riding experience felt like being in a museum with someone that know and loves his country. Thank you Luis for your wonderful service!

Outstanding! - Brother team, Alejandro & Luis Felipe, were amazing. My partner and I needed round-trip transport from El Dorado airport to our bogota hotel. Luis Felipe drove us both times. He is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly plus his English is near perfect (they also speak Portuguese and French). We travelled with my wheelchair and we were able to accommodate all luggage easily in their very nice Mazda automobiles. Their cars are impeccably clean, new, comfy, and make for a very sweet ride. Although their cars are very nice, they don’t attract unnecessary attention, which is a good thing in a large metropolitan city like Bogota. We felt safe at all times. Luis Felipe is a careful and thoughtful driver amidst the chaos of Bogotá’s traffic. He texted me right upon arrival to BOG and kept in touch throughout until we met him outside baggage claim. He also showed up 10 minutes early at our hotel before our 4am (!!!) pickup time on our return leg to the airport - you will appreciate this kind of punctuality in Colombia. Luis Felipe is also incredibly knowledgeable about Colombian history and tells you great info as you drive to your destination. I wish I had taken advantage of their other services but we were short on time. Overall, I highly recommend Bogota Driver Guide Service!

Kind and efficient service - I had a very early morning flight, and I felt reassured knowing that I would have a ride waiting for me rather than relying on a taxi.
