Despite an initial misunderstanding of the booking confirmation for our tour, Rohit our tour guide/driver explained in detail and handled it very professionally which made me appreciate his professionalism and customer service being a customer service manager myself. I’ve never seen a Bollywood movie but I’ve always wanted to see how a Bollywood movie is made so being in Mumbai - The City of Bollywood/Dreams was the perfect opportunity to learn more and gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of it. Rohit was everything you wanted in a tour guide: Passionate, talkative, friendly with an easygoing personality who not only excelled at doing his job with lots of interesting information about both Mumbai and the Bollywood production but also it was easy to have a conversation with him and I appreciate tour guides with personality and who you can have a conversation with. He gave a detailed outline of our day, what to expect and gave us the best experience maximising the time with behind the scenes shoots, explanations along the way including fun facts and anecdotes, offering to take our photos and asking Bollywood celebrities if we could take photos with them. Words cannot express how attentive and how amazing Rohit was. His energy, professionalism and genuine passion for his job made this experience unforgettable. Thank you Rohit for a funtastic tour. ONE OF MY BEST TOUR OF 2025 - It was absolutely a great time visiting all bollywood celebrity mansions an amazing experience to know where the stars of Mumbai live in,again after that we headed to the studio where we came accross live shootings of how the legendary movies are made, also connecting to that we enjoyed watching the BTS of how each and every scenes were enacted which was the besttttt! It was totally worth it that we had such a wonderful guide Rohit along with us who made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole time!
