The process is unhurried. Everything is done by hand. Only pure flour and eggs from heritage breeds of hens are used, ensuring natural and authentic colors. A vegetarian menu is available, but a gluten-free menu is not.
Grace’s dog is part of her family and shares the home. If you have allergies or a fear of dogs, this pasta lesson might not be suitable for you.
