Great Experience - Great experience. Luca was a wonderful teacher. We had a fun group and learned a lot of techniques and received the recipes so that we can make pasta and tiramsu at home. Well worth doing.

Great Cooking Lesson in Bologna! - Chef did a great job explaining how to prepare each part of the recipe. He also took lots of pictures and share md them with the group which was great because we didn’t have to worry about taking pictures. We had a great time and learned a lot. We will definitely prepare these dishes at home!

Lovely teacher! - Al was a great teacher - really engaging and managed to get my cross teenage son interested. Only thing I would suggest is more space as it was a real squeeze.

LUCA is exceptional - LUCA was amazing!! He explained the recipe and the process of the cooking really good. I enjoyed my experience as Luca was keeping the cooking class fun, light and engaging! He speaks English really good, answered all my questions and helped me with the cooking process! Overall, I loved my experience with Luca, he was very accommodating, sweet, funny, and engaging!!!

Now I Know How Easy it it to Make Pasta! - I never knew how easy tiramisu and pasta were to make. Luca, our teacher, made it easy. His straightforward instructions and clear English made it easy and fun. He also did a great job creating an atmosphere of community among the participants, which made for a very enjoyable dinner, with the delicious food we made and generous wine. We even ended up going out for a drink after with some new friends from the class.

Wonderful cooking class with Italian insider tips - It was a wonderful cooking class evening! What a beautiful and fun experience we had! Our teacher Luca, was gentle, patient, funny and smart. The class/group was great and we were so happy to learn how to do properly a tiramisu and the pasta. The best reward, was to eat our own pasta with Prosecco & Wine and at the end our tiramisu. Luca was able to give us some insider tips in the Italian cuisine! Grazie millie!

Not recommended - Our experience with this activity was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We booked a 7:00 PM session, but it started almost an hour late with no clear communication. This delay completely disrupted our evening plans and was especially inconvenient for my family. When we decided to leave early due to the late start, we politely asked to have our food packed as takeaway. What happened next was completely unacceptable — the person leading the class took our two individual portions of tiramisu and mashed them together into a single, unrecognisable bowl of what looked more like animal feed than dessert. When we asked to have our portions packed separately in their original containers, the request was flatly refused. This showed a lack of professionalism, respect and basic customer care. We paid for a quality experience and proper food handling, but what we received was careless and dismissive treatment. I would not recommend this experience to anyone — it was a waste of time, money and effort. Viator should seriously reconsider offering this activity on their platform.
